Shocked at how unbelievably rude they are. The guy working (taller thin guy) immediately had an attitude when we walked in. My husband needed a new tank for his vape, so he was pointing to items that were behind the glass to find out the price but apparently giving out that information is above the guys pay grade because he was incredibly annoyed. He ended up just going and sitting down and stating that he himself doesnât vape so he had no knowledge about them, which struck me as terrible customer service but above allâwe werenât asking for information or advice just pricing because there were no visible prices. Donât try and ask about flavored juices either, he immediately said they do not have a list of the flavors nor was he going to name them off. After deciding we had had enough of this guy we decided to purchase just a lighter and move onto another smoke shop. As I pulled the money out of a small pocket on my flannel he stated he could not accept my money because he thought I pulled it out of my bra and that they donât take money from women that keep their money in their bra because staff has been getting sick. I walked away in disbelief just wanting to leave, I was incredibly embarrassed and at that point I wasnât even going to begin to argue that it had in fact come from my shirt pocket. My husband pulled his debit card out, paid, and we left. Itâs been several days and I still keep going over it in my head and decided I needed to leave a review.

   Read moreToday was the third time in the store and honestly really shocked by how rudely I was treated. I even called back to ask if it was something I had done because I have never been treated like I was scum before. First I was told that the employee that helped me was to busy to come to the phone which was fine but then whoever was on the phone said he heard the whole conversation and proceeded to tell me that they don't let customers reach into the case to grab things, which is not what I asked anyway the rude service continued throughout the phone call. I was not surprised that it would end up this was. I just wanted to know if there was a behavior in myself I needed to change, but by the end of the conversation I realized it wasn't me because I am very polite. Sometimes it brings out the worst in others I guess.
UPDATE! Went back through the drive through for 2 packs of camel crushes and 2 packs of camel wides my total was somewhere around $45 bucks. I paid $100 . When she came back with my change she was extremely rude and told me that next time I try to bring a $100 bill I should think again and get change before hand. Can't say I'm shocked to have been treated...
   Read moreI have been going here since 2013. I called ahead to see if my product was available, as it's quite a bus trip. I went there and purchased the product and went outside to wait for the bus. Hot! outside, so I looked for a shady patch anywhere in the lot, directly up against the bus stop. Only one, on a curb beneath BJs big post sign. I read my book and watched for the bus to come (it's one hour between buses) A salesperson came out to smoke (Jessica I think, short, hefty, close-cropped dark hair) and yelled at me: "Get off the property. There's no loitering." I said, "I'm a customer, I just bought tobacco inside. I'm waiting for the bus, it's the only spot that's shady." She said Security would come and throw me off property. I'm a middle-class senior white woman with a purse, a book, and some drinking water. Security came and I went and told them what happened.
