Nike Clearance Store - Florida City — Attraction in Florida City

One of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life! We are visiting from a different country and went with a family member that recommended us the store. Nike’s website gave us a coupon on 15% discount due to us being new clients. The manager name “Theresa” refused to validate the discount because we were with a resident and we were in a big group. Claiming that we came in a “group” and because he was not a new client and the “cameras” saw us they were not able to accept. Even when we’re paying separately. She claimed it was the store’s policy but anywhere in the coupon said that. This manager’s actitud was so disrespectful and condescending that we felt extremely disappointed with the brand. She refused to speak Spanish to us and had the cashier translate. She was not aware I speak English and understood everything she said and the fact that she speaks Spanish but didn’t had the decency of address us directly. Sad to see how these big stores hire racists employees to put them in upper management positions. If you speak Spanish I won’t recommend you to go to this store unless you want to be discriminated. GREAT SERVICE FROM DIAMOND! On top of the fact that everything in the store is 20% off, Diamond was a great help behind the counter. We have been shopping at many different Nike Outlets for a couple months now, we have spent over $1000 in shoes and clothes at various locations and this Nike has the best prices and best service. We didn't know about the Nike app until Diamond told us about it. she actually took our phone and downloaded it for us and was able to get us an additional discount for creating an account with them. she explained in detail all the perks about having the app and took her time with us. We were able to get 3 different outfits and two pairs of shoes at this location when at other locations, spending the same amount would have only gotten us the two pairs of shoes. Great job Nike, for hiring Diamond! Super friendly sales associate and made us feel welcome. Will keep coming to this location every time...

I haven't been to this Nike Store in quite some time, but I have been a customer for close to 10 years, and with COVID-19 issues I wasn't sure how things would be. I was surprised and glad to find the employees were so welcoming, the floors and aisles were clearly marked with 'feet' stickers all over at six foot intervals to remind patrons to stay apart. Employees were helpful in answering questions and helping me try to find shoes for my 4 kids. I was only able to find what I needed for two of them, as I needed something very specific. But I also understand that stock right now is pretty much take what you can get, so I don't hold that against them at all. It was an enjoyable experience as everyone was so friendly from greeting to cash out. The prices are great and the quality of the shoes has always been wonderful.
