THESE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE BOUGHT. I booked this hotel as an overnight Mothers day getaway as a couple. NO MA'AM. The only true part was nice front desk staff. The room smelled corny and mildewed and wet when we entered. 5 minutes in there was some beetle looking thing crawling on one of the beds and to be clear we never saw another one of those because we thoroughly checked the room after that. But in pulling back the sheets there was hair and little black spots on the bed which is in the photos I have. I know the sheets weren't changed because the housekeeper was a man with no hair and he wouldnt have left hair in the bed. The paint was chipping and the shower had NOT been cleaned and had black soapy dirty water dried onto the walls. The shower is VERY SMALL. The carpet was wet near the fridge. The fridge made the loudest most ungodly noise every time it cycled. The fridge was not clean. It just didn't go well. It was okay for a 1 night stay just to lay our head but wouldn't stay here for an extended time. It was however very centrally located and you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to. We didn't use the breakfast so can't speak on that. The wifi also never worked it constantly had an IP error. They also have a one way parking lot but they block you from being able to exit so you're forced to blindly turn a corner where you would get into a head.on collision to get out of the parking lot. They had one of those cheap chain locks on the door. The location doesn't feel unsafe but the chain lock was not even secured well. If someone wanted to get in they would have. They also gave us a 2nd floor room and told us they had nothing on the 1st floor but there were multiple empty rooms throughout the whole time we were there. The toilet in the bath room is very close to the wall to the point your almost sitting in the toilet paper dispenser and it is on the of the door and I cut my ankle on the springy thing on the door that's how close it is... I would not recommend.

On Nov 19, 2023, I stayed at the Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys room 205 with my family, including my wife and son, for a one-night stay. We opted for a room with two queen beds in a non-smoking section with an exterior corridor. Our experience was highly satisfactory. Firstly, the room's cleanliness and comfort were notable. It was refreshing to walk into a well-maintained space that catered to our basic needs efficiently. The staff played a significant role in enhancing our experience. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until our departure. Speaking of which, the check-in and check-out processes were commendably swift and hassle-free, a factor that is always appreciated when traveling. Parking at the hotel was another convenience that added to our positive experience. We found ample space without any difficulty, which is a relief, especially in busy tourist spots. The breakfast at Quality Inn was a delightful surprise. It offered a variety of hot food options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The quality and variety of the food were impressive, making it a great start to our day. Location-wise, the hotel stands out. It’s situated in a pleasant part of Florida City, which we found to be extremely charming. Its proximity to various attractions makes it an ideal spot for travelers looking to explore the area. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay. Our experience was nothing short of excellent, and it significantly contributed to our enjoyable trip.

Cutting to the chase; highly recommend. Attached photos tell most of the story. We were shooting an Etsy fashion project on Key Largo and this Quality Inn was close to the shoot and within a very tight budget. There are several hotels in the area, but the Google reviews were the final deciding factor. Shopping and restaurants were only minutes away. Parking secure and excellent. The room was immaculate and nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, but pillows a bit soft. Sadly, the floors were fake wood; the only flaw in what would have been a perfect stay. Anything less than carpet is a mar. Internet was 100+ mbps both down and up. Their landscaping makes this already nice looking property appear great. Plenty of pool area places to relax outside, most with shade, and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather that's almost as good as southern California. ;) The desk staff fully meets the gold standard. They even took the time to provide an area map showing restaurants, shopping (thank goodness WalMart had an oddball size battery for our lighting controller) and nearby attractions. Maybe there is a screening process, but none of the guests I encountered were of the sketchy variety so often seen at economy hotels. The lobby area was nice, but that's because what the owners have to look at most of their time. :) The free breakfast was simple, filling, and well-presented. I hope I have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again. Update: As fate would have it, work returned me to the Florida City area and this Quality Inn was home base again. Still the same great place.

Title: A Comfortable and Affordable Motel Experience

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Quality inn at Florida city , and overall, my experience was quite positive. Here's my review of the motel stay:

From the moment I arrived at the motel, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. They were efficient with the check-in process, providing all the necessary information and answering any questions I had. The reception area was clean and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and well-maintained condition. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linens and plump pillows. The room itself was adequately spacious, offering a cozy ambiance that suited my needs perfectly. The amenities provided, such as a television, coffee maker, and mini-fridge, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.

One aspect that impressed me was the motel's attention to security. The property had well-lit parking areas and surveillance cameras, making me feel safe and at ease during my stay. Additionally, the motel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

The housekeeping service was commendable, as my room was consistently cleaned and restocked with fresh towels and toiletries each day. The staff members responsible for housekeeping were polite and respectful, ensuring that my privacy was respected throughout my stay.

While the motel did not offer an extensive range of amenities compared to larger hotels, it made up for it with its affordability. The rates were reasonable and provided great value for the quality of the accommodation. Although there were no on-site dining options, the motel was located near various eateries, allowing guests to explore local cuisine easily. My kids also enjoyed swimming at their cozy sweeping pool on last day they also have shower room on site next too pool pool is clean and all necessary amenities. In conclusion, my stay at this motel was a pleasant one. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, cleanliness, and convenient location contributed to a positive experience. While it may not have all the luxuries of a high-end hotel, it offers a comfortable and affordable option for travelers seeking a convenient place to stay. I would recommend this motel to those looking for a budget-friendly and cozy...

The hotel is a motel style place. We were impressed with the communications in advance. On our late arrival Kirum was very friendly and helpful.||Our room was very spacious with two comfy  queen beds, a TV, plenty of storage, A/c, good lighting, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was a bit awkward at times. The bathroom was really small, and the extractor fan was very noisy.||Our room was just above the reception (201) with an outside corridor. Rooms are non-smoking but ashtray buckets are outside so we were aware of people standing outside close to our room smoking and the smell of smoke, which we don't really like.||The room was reasonably clean but we did find an empty can just under one of the beds. There was a musty smell in the room which was a bit offputting.||We were staying for 5 nights and were told that the room would be cleaned after 3 days but a sign in the room said cleaned on request. We presumed that it was an old sign so didn't make a request so it didnt get cleaned. This needs to be made clearer. It was no problem getting toilet rolls etc from the reception.||The reception had an ATM, computers, a small gym and seating area for breakfast which was free. The breakfast included a couple of cooked items, choices of bread, bagels and muffins, and pastries. Plus make your own waffles. There were some cereals, bananas, diet yoghurts,  juice, tea and coffee. The quality was low and we would have liked some more fruit but it was replenished regularly, and generously included.||The hotel has free parking which is very useful. There was a swimming pool that we did not use.||There was a bit of noise from the car park during our stay.||The hotel is very convenient for the Everglades, Biscayne National Park and the Florida Keys. It is around an hour from Miami Airport using the toll roads, and depending on time of day/traffic.||The staff were all very helpful and friendly and could not be nicer.||The area is expensive for hotels so we were quite happy overall with the value...
