OldTown SlingShot — Attraction in Florida

The Human Sling Shot and the Vomatron are in the same area next to the Fun Spot in Kissimmee. This review relates to Vomatron and the area in general.

The Vomatron is a 4 person ride that is on a giant "arm"(don't know what to call it), with two people on each end. It does 360 loops and takes you very high in the air. In addition your seats rock and spin 360 as well. It is pretty scary even if you're not afraid of heights, but no one that fears heights will ever ride this. It you like thrill rides this is probably one not to miss. As a bonus, the Human Sling Shot is also in the little square with this one, so as long as you have the $$, you can do both. The Vomatron is $20.00 per person. Can't remember the price of Human Sling Shot, but I do remember it costs more than the Vomatron.

The rides are located in a small square that includes three or four rides (don't remember what they were). They are right beside Fun Spot, so parking can be chaotic (but it is free). Ride attendants vary from rude to fun and helpful, just luck of the draw.

The ride itself was fun and exciting, but price and parking...

Slingshot - great experience. Must try one in Orlando. This place is special because it is a happening place. Food, shop and eat.

Force of air on your face and thrill of free fall is simply amazing. The cored for this sling shot moves quickly. Full package comes with video in a wearable flash drive and 2 tee shirts. And video gets uploaded to YouTube writhing 15 to 30 mins. If you return to the place same day each person pays just $15. You must have the flash drive in hand. You can get the 2nd video in the same flash drive.

You can also go to their other locations and get some discount. Same flash drive must have applies here too.

Staff were friendly. Free Parking was hard to find near by. Paid parking ($20) is available approximately 0.4 miles down from the slog shot. If you park over there, you can walk across all the shops in old town and reach the sling shot.

My children and I had a great experience. We came here for a day while visiting Disney in Orlando but the kids wanted to try something new. Awesome place for kids and the family, it’s more of a carnival style park but there are lots of rides for everyone to enjoy. The unlimited bands are about 59.99 but you can ride the rides all day with this wristband as many times as you want. There is also a little walking strip that has food places and drinks for the adults, along with some other shops. They had everything from a henna shop, to souvenirs, a haunted house, old time photos, the fish pedicures and more. The best part is the go karts, it will give you Mario kart drift feel, super fun and exciting it’s multi tiered and has a fun downward slope. Be careful not to crash!
