Stopped by wild Willis during our vacation to play some mini golf and drive some go carts. The first day we went we just got to the area. When we went to get tickets for the go carts we were informed by the employee that there was a 2 hour wait for the carts so we asked about the mini golf and were also told that there was a 2 hour wait for that as well. So since we did get there later in the day and there was a crowed we decided to leave and come back early the next day. We came back at 10 in the morning the next day and we asked about the go carts and once again we were informed by the employee that the go carts were not available and were not opening until noon so we asked about the mini golf and we were able to play. We figured we would play some mini golf and kill enough time until the go carts were ready. So we played and we still had to wait a little while until noon. Finally when it was time we went to get our tickets for the go carts but we were told by the employee that they still weren't ready and that it would be another 10 minutes before we can buy tickets for the go carts because the track was still closed. My family and I were so frustrated with the situation that we just decided to leave but as we were leaving since we were parked in front of the go cart track we saw some people riding around the track and no the were not employees testing the track because some were children and some I saw before playing minigolf I don't understand why this was the case when I was told the track was closed is there a premium ticket that you pay for for head of the line privileges like at Disney or can you actually reserve the track for a party beforehand because I was not told about any of...
Read morePlace has many indoor & outdoor activities & arcades. However, it is VERY EXPENSIVE if you have a large family. Plan on a minimum of $100 per person.
One thing they did not explain was that the arcade winnings are automatically added to the card swiped to play the game. Very convenient, like a casino, to handle winnings. However, each and has 2 different values. The dollar amount you load the card with to play the games and the winning ticket value, which can be used for more play as credits or "cashed in" for prizes. However, a newly loaded card with monetary credits will not show any ticket value for prizes until you play the arcade games & actually win tickets. To find out how much play credits are still on the card, you have to take it to the desk where you bought & loaded the card. The prize ticket counter can only tell you how much tickets you won & still have left. Example, we bought an indoor play card for $30. Played indoor activities like laser tag. Went to prize counter to see how much was left only to be shown that we had zero tickets (because we had not played any ticket winning arcade games. We still had money credits left on the card play either indoor activities or arcade games. So go to the right counters to discover credits & prize tickets. Winning tickets are added as credits so they can be used for more play or turned in for prizes. It was a bit confusing for us until we stated to cash in.
I would give a higher rating on the variety of activities available. The only reason for 3 stars is because it can be very expensive and quite unaffordable for a large family. We are a family of 7. For all of us "play" or participate it was expensive compared to other amusement park...
Read moreOur kids are 3 and 5. We stayed for 3 hours here and spent $150. It was June 2nd 2022 from 11-2pm and not crowded. We didn’t wait to do anything which was great. It was clean enough, nothing seemed broken, and the staff was nice. This place is ideal on a cloudy day or early evening when the sun is not blazing for our age kids as they were not big enough for indoor laser tag, 4D movie, or virtual reality.
The kids were tall enough to do the go karts as passengers, the tree top when accompanied by an adult, the bumper cars as passengers, the kangaroo jumper, putt-putt, and arcade games.
The kangeroo jumper was super fun, but very hot. They will ask you to take off sandals. You need close toed shoes or socks if the sun is shining.
The tree tops was a little intimidating to our littles and me watching them 3 stories up with no rails and trusting those harnesses. They tried it, but it wasn’t worth the money at all. I’d skip it unless your kids are brave and able to go alone.
The indoor arcade was actually really fun for them. Tons of different types of games. A card system that tallies tickets and money left to spend. It was wonderfully air conditioned and we all had fun trying different games. I think they spent $15 each.
Putt putt had 2 big normal courses, pirates and dinosaurs, and a little kid mini course. We did the big course. They had a good time. Not much shade and could use more mist fans.
Overall this is probably ideal for slightly older babes and during less direct sun times. We would go...
