McKenzie Street Florist and Gift Shop — Attraction in Foley

My sister orderered Me an arrangement . It looked liked a $9.99 arrangement from Walmart stuck in a dollar store vase I sent my sister a picture along with a thank you . She had paid $79.00 for the arrangement and explained in detail what she wanted The picture of the arrangement left her speechless. Nothing like what she had asked for and very poor quality . She called the florist , they appoligised , said they were out of flowers and would get a new shipment in tomarrow and would redo the arrangement. I called them and told them to credit my sister her money back. I am very upset that they would send something out like that to begin with. If I had not sent the picture to my sister she would not have known any different . And they would have gotten away with sending a $10.00 arrangement in the place of a $79.00 one. I'm am offended they would do my sister this way . I will never use McKENZIE Street Florest and I will certainly warn anyone who is looking for a florest not to use them either She used them based on the reviews and their rating. Most amazing place I have ever ordered flowers from!!!!!!! Yesterday I ordered flowers and a bear for my mom for mothers day. Within hours they were at my mothers house! I ordered them online and it was so easy. To the lady that delivered them to my mom I want to say thank you so much! You are a awesome person! She called me and told me she couldn't get a hold of my mom and WAITED there for me to get a hold of her. When she seen her she was soooo sweet! I didn't tell my mother who was there I just asked her to walk up to the lady and tell her who she was and theylady was so happy and excited to see my mom and give her her gift. Sissy at McKenzie Street Florist is not only a life saver, but a wedding saver! Two weeks before my June 12th wedding I officially came to terms that my previous florist was ghosting me and that I was never going to hear from them again, so, I began the emotional process of finding a new florist last minute. She not only took my order but understood the situation and corrected another florist's mistake/neglect. She exceeded all of my expectations! The week of my wedding she checked in/visited my ceremony AND reception venue to be well acquainted with what needed to happen wedding day.
