I went over there over a month ago on a Sunday, i asked about a navigation system for my husband's car, they told me it could be done in a couple of hours but they needed and extra part and they needed to order it, they asked me to leave a deposit of $50 dollars to order the part, i told them i would leave the $100 instead so they would have the part on time because we don't have too much time to spend on this because of work. they guy also told me it would be ready by Wednesday i told him it was ok that i would be back on Sunday so everything should be fine. my husband went over there next Sunday they took the car and installed the system without the part they were supposed to order, they didn't tell my husband that they didn't have the part, they just put the system on. before looking at it my husband paid (over a $1000) and went to see the car. then they told him that they didnt have the part and he will have to wait until next day. he came home and show me and the back camera was not working, the volume, controls were not working and it basically looked horrible. i told him ok we will just go on Thursday and get it finished. on Monday afternoon i called to ask if they were ready to finish it and they told me that they did not have the part yet that they will have it for sure on Wednesday, i asked them please don't play with our time. so we waited until Sunday just to make sure they had enough time and again on sunday we called and nothing on top of that the guy his name is mike was very rude when we complained about the lack of responsibility about finishing the job. we really wanted to finish it somewhere else but we already gave him the money and they told me " ALL SALES ARE FINAL EVEN IF THE JOB IS NOT COMPLETED" we were really frustrated and nothing else but wait, finally by Wednesday we took the car over there they open at 10 and they told me it would be a 1 hour job but when ask how long they said it would take 3 hours so we had no other option but go to work late, finally we pick it up and of curse we were in a hurry and just took the car and we were kind of glad we didn't have to deal with this any more, but when we got home we realized the usb charger and the connection to the phone was not working, when we came back and asked about it they said they did not have they part and again forgot to mention it. we are still waiting for the job to be finished and when we call there is always somebody rude or complete clueless of what we are talking about, they blame each other and at the end is nobody's fault, they said they will call back but they never do, very disappointing experience with this guys for a job which full price was paid on time, not...

Went to this shop to have a job done, the job ended up being done incorrectly because certain ports (signals) were plugged in wrong, instead of the shop admitting their fault and wanting to correct the issue they left me in a rut to have to later return my vehicle. (Which was a process in motion/ I requested the last part of the job to be done the following week to wit: my own subs and a custom ported box). Upon the company taking on this job it was a agreement that all wires would be installled correctly including a sub amp and borrowed subs (temp credit to go towards the second job). After installing the borrowed sub is when the issues arised and it was discovered the signals were not placed correctly.

It was told to me the job was completed around 4:30-5pm Friday I was called around 6pm and they closed at 7pm, they had the vehicle since Wednesday evening. (Time frame was no issue). After the unsatisfactory job was reviewed and tested by myself. A couple of techs who work for the company including the owner admitted the job was done poorly. Owner requested a man to contact the installer who left early and ask what happened.

Of course as a customer you ask “hey since this went wrong and that went wrong how we going to fix it, there was no offer, they demanded the 2.2k for interior sound, two amps a borrowed box.

To no avail did they want to compensate any of the faults that had taken place. That same evening I posted on social media the flaws about the company and received a message from the owner stating “fuck you keyboard warrior take that box and shove it up your ass faggot”.

I’ve been blocked on all social media to their profile and have been asked not to return to the shop.

This shop is just as bad as San Bernardino their customer service is poor, they act as if they are a hole in the wall shop rather than a business and treat their customers with respect.

At the moment I have a messed up wiring job and stuck with two 12’s that are used. In addition my invoice states I have all JL Audio in my interior panels and discovered that JL was not used, what a shame can’t wait to take them to court and show that they actually over charged to the best of...

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to feel threatened when you have a valid concern, then this would be the place to go. If you want them to break your things and blame you for being too stupid to understand the difference between somthing that works and somthing that does not, go here. I came here to get a ddx9903s stereo(over $600) installed for my 2012 honda accord. I dropped off my car and came back to the store to pickup my car. When i entered the store, the owner, the manager and installer were waiting for me. The first thing they said to me was "have you been experiencing trouble with your speakers"( i took my car in with all my speakers working, i have had my car since it was new and i never had issues with my speaker) i told them no, i have never had issues with my speakers, so if they could fix what they did that would be great. They began to laugh at me, stating that i came in with it broken and that it was my problem.they also started to curse and step in my face as if to challenge me physically. Again, the point is if a customer comes into your place of business with a concern, you do not treat them as if they are theifs trying to take free service, or your homeboys you grew up with. You treat customers with respect and you handle customer service issues with patience. When you have a customer service issue, you try to help the client find solutions, you dont become defensive and hostile trying to find excuses to cover yourself. If you dont like customer service then you should close down your business. AGAIN DONT COME HERE, YOU WILL BE DISRESPECTED, AND YOUR CONCERNS WONT BE TAKEN...

Furthermore, when I addressed the issue with the owner, their aggressive response further highlighted their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to learn that California Sound does not meet the minimum requirements of the Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) Program for their employees, neglecting industry standards and certified expertise. I kindly advise others to steer clear from this establishment based on my personal recent experience. Customers deserve a reputable audio installation service that values professionalism. This location is -0 stars.

I was upset at first I was going to give them a very bad review but I thought I'd give them a chance to make it up to me and boy did they make it up to me so that's why I'm giving them a five-star review they put in the wrong speakers in my door but when I came back to put the right ones in they put even better speakers in my door than the ones I paid for so I think these guys deserve a five-star they admit to their wrong doings they apologize not only did they make it right but they put even better speakers in my door thank you guys very much I will be back
