I just left this store and I had shopped there for years. It's been under new management for about a year and I don't go often anymore. It's hard to get a buggie around in there now and prices are double what they were before new manager. I used to donate extra when I paid for my items, but after today, I will NEVER go back to this place. There were 2 metal sconts/shelves with greenery on them. I put them in my buggie and the greenery slid off. No biggie. I also had 5 pair of pants and a set of glasses. When I got to the register, I placed the glasses on the counter and she put them in abig box without wrapping them, I thought, "ok". But didn't say anything. I laid the metal shelves on the counter and then the greenery. I said, "These were on the shelves of the sconts." She said, "No they wasn't. They were in a basket.". I replied, yes they were. So she starts telling a girl beside her behind the counter that they were in a basket and if anyone brings something up with flowers on it, they came from the basket. I said, "You can keep them!" She didn't say anything. So after I paid, I took them out of my box and threw them on the counter and said, "I AM NOT A LIAR OR A THEIF!" She tried telling me she puts them in a basket...blah...blah...blah. I was so discussed. All the things I have donated and the extra dollars and such and someone wants to act like I'm stealing some cheapass greenery? Then, as I'm walking out, I heard her tell that girl, "Just throw them in the trash." What a jerk!!! So long hospice resale. You've took my...

The dressing rooms are no longer available due to vandalism. I can't justify paying the prices for the clothing without being able to try it on.
The employees are still very friendly and helpful.
I love how the store supports our local Hospice, but it is no longer affordable for me to shop at this location. I will at least bring donations from now on, and support them in that way.
Original review: This is a great store to find deals on used items. In the past year, they have done a lot of work to organize the store in what space they have. It is still hard to navigate the clothing aisles, but it is a very small store. The clothing is organized by style, and the prices are somewhat easy to find. The dressing rooms are a bit small, and there is no seating. They feel mostly private, but there are some small cracks in the walls that make me wonder if someone could sneak a peek! The employees are always very friendly...
Read moreToday was the first time I had been in there in well over a year. I wasnt on going back because of how much it had changed. Everything was way over priced and staff was rude. But i decided to go in today to see how much worse it had gotten. And things are still over priced. And all the signs up everywhere saying you have a very short time to get your item out of there before its resold and then you are out of money. I understand that they need the floor space, but some people may need more then a day or two to arrange someone to pick their item up.
The lady I dealt with today was nice. But I was only in there for a short time. I did find a few things I liked, but they were all over priced. But I did find a scrapbook for $2.50 that i did buy. I won't be back in...
