This gym is just a big scam. I signed up online and got the highest plan they offered. I went to the gym one time in the first week I had it and realized it didn’t fit in my schedule. So I call in to cancel my membership and the lady at the front desk who answered the phone told me my account was cancelled. Mind you she didn’t tell me about having to keep it 3 months or paying a cancellation fee. So here I’m go checking my bank statements seeing I’m been charged for 4 months for something I don’t use. I call in to see why my account wasn’t canceled and the lady told me nobody cancelled it so she cancelled for me at the end of the month since I paid for it and that she would process a refund. I call in today to check on my refund and some lady answer the phone being rude and laughing when I told her I would like to talk to someone higher than her then she hung up the phone on me. I just got charged $240 plus tax to go to this...

I’m a Certified Level 1 Mat Pilates Instructor, and I’ve visited the gym three times to discuss offering Pilates classes. After dropping off my business card twice—with no follow‑up—I stopped by again today. The front‑desk staff told me there’s neither interest in Pilates nor space in the schedule for it.

Pilates is an incredible method for building core strength, improving posture, and preventing injury. My current classes are growing rapidly, and I anticipate needing a larger studio space in the near future. I strongly believe your members would benefit—and be excited—to see Pilates added to your offerings.

Came here in n a day pass. I had called earlier about the pass with the specific purpose of using the steam room, hot tub and hydro massage table. The lady at the front was nice enough but then when we got inside there is no locks for the locket doors, nor any locks to use or rent, then after using the hot tub and steam room we learned that they have no towels available either even though there is a basket that states towels only. The lady at the front desk did give me a towel but it was dirty and looked like it was use to wipe up dirt. It may be an amazing place for members but for drop ins it is terrible. At no point did anyone tell us we needed to bring a lock or our own towels. Also the hot tub jets were weak and did not even feel nice on our backs. I would not recommend this place to anyone...
