Tri-City Mall — Attraction in Forest City

Everyone in the shops and Cafe at the Mall Restaurant are very nice. The food is great, and I love Belks etc., however, whoever owns the mall should be ashamed. I know the shop owners rent the building space, and I am sure the owner makes plenty of money from these rentals. The outside of the Tri-City Mall and the areas as you enter the shops are in DEPLORABLE condition! Mall owner shame on you!!!! Spruce up this area. How about getting the mall painted etc. The shop owners are doing their part to keep their shops clean and attractive. It is downright embarrassing how shabby the mall looks. It has been this way a LONG time too. No wonder the bead shop moved out. Please Mall Owner have a heart and renovate our mall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since the almighty dollar is the only thing you seem to care about, how about looking at it this way, you may be able to fill all your store fronts if you broke down and bought some paint and new awning covers etc. I am sure the shop owners would appreciate it, and so would we residents of Rutherford county!! Three stars would turn to 5 if you, the Mall owner did the right...

I feel like this mall has went downhill quite a bit. I still go here occasionally but it is very rare. I remember as a child loving to go here because the breezeway between the stores was extremely nice and kept maintained. Now it seems like no one cares about it when it used to be so beautiful inside. There are very few stores there that are visited by people other than the regular customers because they do not offer much. I would love to see the inside of this mini mall to be as beautiful as...

It's an old Roses department store. It's basically a tiny KMart. Both Men and Women clothing are very, very inexpensive. They have the equivalent of a small grocery store...(nothing fresh or refrigerated). They have over the counter medications, as well as pictures, rugs, sheets, shoes, candy, etc.... Where else can you buy a pair of Wrangler Blue jeans for $10? (Some may have flaws so look them over very carefully) Sorry...no photos... I'll take some...
