Easy Rental — Attraction in Forest Park

We bought a living room set that they had taken back from a previous non payment customer that was really nice BUT we take it home and on the first night we started getting bites all over us because we would fall asleep watching tv on the couch. By the third night me my husband and my daughter had over 200 BITES!! Turns out the couches had been infested with BED BUGS and we demanded our money back and for them to come take the couches away and pay for bug treatment in case they had spread during the 3 days it was at my house. After taking the couches out of the home the terminator showed us all the eggs and bugs hiding in the seams and that they had probably been there for over 6 months!! I was furious!! Do NOT EVER BUY...

I am currently renting from this store. My payments are due each month on the 23rd. Well today is the 24th of the month (my pay day) and I let them know I would be in tomorrow to make my payment... Meaning I would be 2 days past due and I don't mind having to pay the late fee and they are threatening to come to my home tomorrow?! So on the 2nd day late, they are trying to come take my furniture?! The Rep also mentioned something about a fee for them coming to my home?! I would not recommend ANYONE rent or buy furniture from this place. The customer service isn't professional and obviously the payment...

I have been doing business with this location for over 25 years I always have had GREAT service from these very nice people. I have bought washers driers refrigerator living room suits bedroom suits dining room furniture TV stereo you name it I have bought it from them and if you pay it off early you can get the best deal anywhere WITH NO HASSLE AT ALL!!!!💯% of the time. I want the owner of Easy Rental to know he has a great team at this location and I look forward to continuing to support this location I ALWAYS GO HERE FIRST BECAUSE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
