Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Attraction in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

This "AUTHORIZED" retailer is a joke, I went into this location to upgrade my phone, when I asked if they had a certain phone Galaxy A16 5g they stated no but had a comparable phone called a Galaxy A15, charged me 125$ because it needed a E-sim card, come to find out it had a nano sim card and my old sim card would've worked fine they just needed a upcharge.. I later found the exact phone they sold me as an upgrade for 60$ at Walmart, and the original phone I asked for Galaxy A16 5g which was 3x better was only 90$ at Walmart , so I returned to the cricket wireless store in Birchwood mall for a refund not even 35 mins after purchase and they only gave me back 95$ and could not get my phone I had prior to upgrade to work at all. They completely ruined my sim card and I was left without a working phone because they didn't allow me to keep the new sim card THAT I PAID FOR and they claim i didn't receive my full refund because of that sim card activation charge .. so not only did they double charge for the same cricket phone found at Walmart but they also kept 35$ and left me with a Non working phone and was told "there is nothing we can do".. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE,.. I purchased my new phone from Walmart and the online customer support activated it for free within 15mins ...the Birchwood mall location is unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and you can find the phones for half price...

This location is scamming people out of their money beware. Two other locations tell me a out the door after tax price for a device, both are exactly the same amount then there is this location and employees telling me a price that is almost 100 over the price of the other stores for the same product.. these stores are all within same county and same mile radius. They tell you it's a expensive phone hundreds over the price of it new at Walmart and best buy as well... I'm reporting this to the bbb and...

Never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism. The guy was nowhere to be found for nearly an hour then came from the back on the phone, told us to come back in half an hour. I had questions about a phone and he completely lost it, began yelling, was belligerent, even swearing at me. The guy like completely lost his mind.
