I've anchored here a couple of times. Even in off Peak times it's pretty crowded. When it's calm I don't mind being stacked like cordwood, but I'd worry if there were shifting winds and tides. Holding seemed really good at different places in the lake. Unfortunately a boat sank on the west side yesterday. Not sure how long it will take them to remove it, so use caution (mast is still sticking up out of the water.. probably 30' or so boat, so give the mast a bit of a wide berth.) Nice views. Pretty close to the inlet. Not ideal for shopping & stuff (not a lot of places to park dinghy...
