Casa Cascada- Luxury Vacation Rental Beach Home — Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

Before commenting on the Casa Cascada - Tristan was an AMAZING host! We were a family of 4 traveling with two other adults and their 3 kids (all 5 kids were ages 6 - 11). With apprehension in planning our vacation, we needed a home that had the space, amenities, cleanliness, and the ability to satisfy if we weren’t able to partake in activities outside the home. When we saw the lack of prior reviews, we reached out to Tristan w/ various questions/concerns. Tristan quickly responded within the hour to let us know this was only very recently on the market and had a complete facelift. Essentially the timing of it being available and our interest was how we found it. Tristan was responsive and patient to all of our questions. While the pictures are stunning; her communication, expertise as a local realtor, Superhost of many other properties, and attention to detail sold us on the property. On to the property....

Casa Cascada: Location From the Ft. Lauderdale airport to the property was 15 min. and a very easy drive. There are two grocery stores (Publix and Wynn Dixie) that are within 5 min. of the property. We also pre-ordered groceries 24 hrs in advance for an easy pick up. There are multiple liquor stores as well as excellent seafood restaurants (Boathouse, Kelly’s Landing, Southport Raw Bar) also within 5 min. The house is located tucked in a quiet community and about 5-10 min drive away from the A1A busy strip. The property itself is very quiet and peaceful.

Home The home is gorgeous and you are secluded by a private resident controlled gate and a entirely fenced area. The entrance to the home is a very easy touchpad making it simple to enter/exit. The home is an open concept with a large master and two adequately sized bedrooms that slept 9 comfortably. We used the air mattresses that Tristan provided and the sofa in the front room pulls out easily in case. Beds are comfortable and she has darkening shades in every bedroom to ensure you don’t have a considerable amount of light in the AM to awake you early. We normally don’t sleep well or late on trips, but we were able to here. In addition, we normally bring a lot of extra lotions, toiletries, etc. No need - Tristan has almost everything imaginable. Regarding security/technology, Tristan walked through each and every amenity to make sure we knew how to operate. Even for the remedial technology user, she made it easy and concise to know how to operate the pool, spa, WiFi, Sonos, home, etc. If we ever had a question about something, she responds to texts in minutes. The level of customer support is amazing. The outdoor area is unmatched. The pool is immense and Tristan has every float and toy imaginable for us. It’s so large that all 9 of us could be in there and were not compromised. The hot tub could easily fit 20 people and you felt like you were in a private resort. It was customizable and easy to turn on the waterfall, heat, and lights in a one touch format. There is also a basketball goal, ping pong table, putting green, cornhole game, and 55” smart tv that is awesome for movie watching, etc. The outside kitchen is pristine and so easy to use. We cooked dinner and apps outside twice and using the grill took seconds to operate and heats up within minutes. Outdoor table easily sat all 9 of us. Sonos portable sound system was so great and connects to your phone easily so that we could play music at the pool during the day and outside w/ adults playing cards by night. The landscaping detail really made this seem less like a home and more like a getaway. My sister had a Bachelorette Weekend planned in Florida (about a week ago) and we wanted to make it very special for her, especially with the struggle of planning around Covid regulations. We will be forever grateful that we found this beautiful property.

Tristan and Tyler are super hosts!!! They are beyond accommodating and very helpful. I contacted them a few days before our scheduled arrival day. My plan was to fly in a day early and surprise my sister by having the house decorated and set up with amenities, so that by the time all the girls land the house is set. Tristan and Tyler helped me every step of the way to keep the surprise a secret and my sister had no clue what she was walking in to. It was amazing!!

Their home is so beautiful that words can’t describe. We literally felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. Everything that we needed or could possibly think of to get, was already there! Pool floaties with electric air pump. Lots of towels, including Make-up towels and pool towels. Bathroom essentials. Easy to use grill in the backyard. And the most impressive amenity, a mosquito repellant killer mist that is activated when needed on the property. Which saved us from getting bit while hanging out in the backyard at late hours. I mean, WOW, who even thinks of that!! The home is designed perfectly. Very modern and inviting. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and lots of closet space. Also, lots of mirrors which helps when you have 10 girls getting ready at the same time. The kitchen is stacked with every utensil that you can possibly think of and they even have a Mixology Bartender set where you can make yourself a cocktail to your liking. This home is literally planned to perfection which made leaving the house so much harder.

Lastly, the location. It literally can’t get ANY BETTER! The home is in a quiet, beautiful and most importantly safe neighborhood. It is 7 minutes away from the FLL airport which saved me tons of time. Lots of the girls were on different flight schedules so going to and from the airport made it so easy and saved me lots of time. Also, everything that you need is literally 5-minute drive from the home. Our biggest go-to were Publix and Liquor stores which were right next to each other. Shopping, gas, and fast food options was all within 5-minute drive. The beach is less than a 10-minute drive away which finally convinced us to leave the house.

You will absolutely love your stay here and we are all looking forward to coming back soon. THANK YOU TRISTAN...

Besides the amazing property with everything you need at a vacation, Tristan was probably the best host I've met using Airbnb. She responded to my text within minutes before and during our stay at Casa Cascada. She gave us recommendations and connected with folks running the activities (deep sea fishing, scuba, and jet ski), fantastic local restaurants, and different places where we could purchase seafood and necessities. Tristan even allowed us to use the private beach next to her residence. Trust me when I say it will not be easy to meet a more responsive, kind, and helpful host than Tristan.

As you can see through the pictures, the property is newly renovated and everything about it is fantastic. The pool, hot tub, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms will exceed your expectation. It is in a convenient location so everywhere you want to go is within 10-15 minute drive.
