Tbh I had a bad experience here. I came to the theater while on a date on a Sunday night, I believe... June 4th. We went to see "the Boogeyman"(easily forgettable and not something you'd want to see again). I could tell the aisle clerks there had no idea how to maintain a crowd, nor did they want to maintain a line, they'll just let everyone throw a party right in front of their faces at work if it happens. I ordered my popcorn and anything I was saying, she was basically annoyed with. Her attitude was way off into lala land, which I am not holding onto you guys, this is probably her first job. We went to our seats and some of the other guests parents had dropped their kids off at the theater and then went off to do their own thing, there was a total of about 5-6 all in their teens. Which is a pretty good idea 💡, but you don't know what your kids could be planning the next time. So they were basically running up and down the aisles, exchanging snarky comments with each other, throwing stuff, all while I was basically annoyed to a 10 yet keeping it back, and these were just the previews before the show. They were pretty rude with each other, so interjecting would have probably gotten me into my own problems. My date was infatuated with me and didn't care about anything at all, but I wanted this to go well and have fun too. Basically those kids kept driving me nuts and the entire show was ruined cause they were talking, popping up and down the stairs and making comments during the show. You'd have to show courtesy to other people in a theater by staying quiet and watching it. Parents, teach your kids who don't already know that, I'm not usually a judgmental person but that's an important lesson of courtesy that teaches...

I would assume that in 2 years they would fix the temperature issue, but they have not. I once again had to leave the theater with near frostbite. I theorize they intentionally do not provide any heat to the theaters in hope of cutting costs,, but it is inhumane how cold they allow it to get. DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATER!!
I went in today expecting a great movie experience(which as many of us have missed), but instead was tragically disappointed by this theater. For starters, Pamela, who I assume is a manager, was very rude. She was micromanaging in a very condescending way to their concession stand worker(who looked like he was 18 at the oldest, was by himself, and looked extremely stressed). She also allowed someone who had been standing in line for like 3 minutes cut in front of me, who had been standing in line for 10 minutes, just because I stepped in the only line that had people in it. And just to clarify, I was standing in the express line. Then once I finally managed to step into our theater, it was like I suddenly walked into Antarctica. I have never been so cold in a theater in my life. I even had 3 layers on. I wish I knew I should've dressed like it was snowing. Lastly, the sinks in the restroom were absolutely terrible. One didn't work at all, the next barely poured out and never turned off, and the lady one sprayed out everywhere. For how much the movie theater industry is struggling right now, I truly...
Read moreWent to see "The Last Jedi" on December 17, 2017. The updated seats and renovations are very nice, I bought my tickets online and didn't have to talk to anyone that worked there which is ideal. The good ends there. 1/4 of the way through the movie the house lights turned on breaking mine and others attention away from the movie and on to our surroundings. They were on for about 10 minutes until someone went to go tell a staff member. I would have done it but if you're in the middle it's hard to squeeze yourself out when others' seats are reclined. The theatre was also HOT. I was sweating during the movie. My forehead and back remained moist for the duration of the film. I assumed I was being needy or something but after my girlfriend (who could be cold outside in July if there was a slight breeze) even said she was hot. Walking out of the theatre in to the lobby was the lost refreshing thing that happened to me that day. Now on to the worst part. After the 2.5 hour movie I didn't want to miss a second of, I had t use the restroom. I walked in to one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever used. I spent 2 years in the Peace Corps and the holes with thatched walls were nicer than this. The floor was soaked in urine, the seat was dripping...with urine. This bathroom hadn't been looked at, or cared for by a staff member is a very long time. As I walked out I noticed there were foot prints coming out, urine foot prints.
