We went there today, we got there at 1:43pm. The āmanagerā said that it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. We asked her OK if we put our phone numbers on this list and we go across the street to the store will someone call us so we donāt miss our timeslot she said sure no problem. Well we finally returned back to the store at 2:50 and I said hey how come nobody let us know anything she got if you wanted your appointment time on time then you shouldāve been here in 20 minutes like I told you, as a name that is not what you told me what you told me that you would call me 10 minutes before was our time and let us know to come on over. She said whatever go sit down she showed us watches weāre gonna be fine. Well my friend and I are sitting there for a good 30 to 40 minutes and no one shows up finally this older lady comes over to do my nails and this other gentleman comes over to do her toes well two minutes into doing he gets up and walks away, doesnt say anything, just walks away. Of course I was upset because I had already been sitting there for over an hour and so has she and we never got any service well the lady whoās working on my nails continue to go and get the manager so we could talk to her she finally comes over and starts yelling at me in her salon that I misunderstood her that they have a policy in place and that there have been people there waiting longer than me so on and so forth and I finally told her look Iām sorry youāre shorthanded Iām sorry is it after a holiday but this is our very first experience here and this is the worst experience Iāve ever had any service-based business. I told her that we would not be back she said thatās your choice I said look the guy left you said he be back in five minutes to do my friends toes sheās been sitting here for more than 30 minutes her water is cold her daughter is upset we just been sitting here and no oneās doing anything she told me donāt come back if you donāt want to. Finally when was all said and done we asked to speak to a manager, she said I am the manager. Basically beware when you go there they donāt care about customer service they donāt care about the quality of their work the nails that I got done or done halfway decent my nail polish colors donāt match like I requested them to nothing unfortunately thereās some nice people that work there but the manager of the facility was absolutely atrocious she was rude disrespectful and unprofessional she had no answers for anything she was yelling at me in front of other clients and itās just all-around was a horrible experience I will not only continue to get bad reviews and bad recommendations for this place but I will never return there again and itās their loss because I go to get my nails done weekly so they should be ashamed of...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! they do not used clean nail clipper, cuticle nippers, cuticle pusher, files, or buffers they pull it out of the little carts & use them on multiple customers the file the girl next to me was using was so used up it was crazy to me she was still using it on the client. when those files are supoost to be new with every client. On top of that the girl working on my nails caught an attitude because I didn't want her drilling my acrylic off for a soak off the purpose of a soak off is to not damage your nail bed with all the drilling or just pull off the acrylic which she attempted a few times. She also left me soaking for way to long because she went & worked on another customer so I just finish taking the acrylic off my self & left to pay Update: since it won't let me reply this is my reply to the owner your full of lies explain how every metal utensils is sanitized when she took the same DIRTY nail clippers on the desk & used them on the new client. Those clippers even had dirty or previous product under them same with all the other utensils she used on me & then tossed them back in her cart. The files all looked used & same as the buffers, I went in for a soak off on 2 month old nails that I just wanted to take off what you tech was removing was the apex of the nail so yes it's going to be thicker then normal. Everything she did was not correct according to education we are given in nail school. Because I too have my nail technician license but due to my pregnancy I'm not doing nails nor am I getting my nails done the nails I had on was a set I got right before I found out. For you to sit here & defend all the nastiness your technician did is crazy & it was not just the tech that worked on my nails the girl next to me getting her nails done the tech was using a super old file & same with the buffer. Being that this is a āluxuryā nail salon I expect consistency and quality...I got neither..There were times where I was overlooked on being offered the complimentary drink, scheduled appointments weeks in advances and arrived just to find out the person left or canceled without notice! My main issue is the QUALITY of work!! Where do I start?! I was one of the 1st customers to ever visit the Aria nail bar at Chisholm when it first opened! My 1st visit was ok, they offered me a drink everyone was kind and my nails came out fine! A couple of weeks in I started to notice that EVERY visit was followed up with another within a week due to BROKEN, CRACKED or completely missing nails! SOMETIMES EVEN RIGHT AFTER I LEFT! Mind you Iāve been getting my nails done for over 15 years so I understand that this can happen sometimes so I was very understanding and they would agree to fix it( after waiting 30m-1hr) The problem starts when I have to go back EVERY Week! No matter who I sat with or what I got (dip, over lay, solar) I always ended up with broken nails...at one point I was wearing my long natural nails with an overlay and it got so bad to where almost all of my real nails are now damaged! I moved to Fort Worth and wanted a closer salon so I chose them based on location, the nice environment, and they were new! WORSE MISTAKE EVER! Donāt let the exterior fool! For them itās quantity over quality!! When I give you my hard earned money I expect to receive what I paid for and not to have to take time out my schedule to get my nails fixed...
