No matter how many good reviews you see this place does not care about the customer ! No matter how many times they say, "If you have an issue with the furniture to call them so it can be fixed " They do not care. I called in because my coffee table alignment was Incorrect due to the glass top being cut improperly and also not having the attachable base to keep the glass from falling off the rails. I spoke with Claudia and she stated that it was not damaged. It was just an alignment issue and that I can go buy the attachable myself from a store or she could just Take it off her desk lamp and I can pick it up. I did not appreciate the sarcasm and please believe she heard my mouth about it. I understand it's not Ashley's Furniture, but I wouldn't lie to customers! The excuse they gave me is "I didn't have warranty." Warranty is only needed if you damage the product but the furniture already came damaged! They decided for you if it worth fixing or not ! which is not okay since I'm the one paying for it . Just don't advertise fixing furniture when delivered if damaged because I expect my furniture to be 100% perfect! I was told if I had an issue I had a certain deadline to call them back which I did the next day!. Mind you The furniture was dropped off and I called, No one answered! GO FIGURE !! I understand this isn't Ashley's Furniture, but these people are rude & not trust worthy . To put the cherry on top, I had to call them over and over just to see if they had a delivery date!! It's not even about the furniture being damaged at drop off it is the way Claudia handled the situation with her Sarcasm and then when called out want to try to be professional. I wouldn't buy furniture from them just off of Customer Service.
Update: Your respond is a complete LIE ! You did not offer to come out and fix the issue !What Claudia said is, " I spoke with my manager and unfortunately, we will not be able to fix this issue. It's not damaged. It's just you needing a suction cup. You can either buy one or we can send you one ." My response to that was, "So you're telling me that I have to fix this issue myself?" . Then she proceeded to say, "Yes ma'am, unfortunately you can either buy one or you can come up here and I could take the ones from my lamp and give them to you " . That is why I went off on her . The way she tried to be sarcastic and funny . All I was trying to figure out honestly was how to resolve the issue. If it came down to me having to fix the issue myself I had no problem with that because it is just a minor problem. It's just a suction cup, but like I said in the original post and obviously you still do not understand . The Customer Service was rude and Distasteful due to her sarcasm. I find it quite funny how after the phone conversation I write a review not even 30 minutes after the review has been made. You guys are calling me multiple times! THAT in itself shows that you did not care. You only called to fix the problem because of the post that I made! I WENT INTO FUZE FURNITURE BACK IN APRIL TO PURCHASE A COUCH! MY 1st interaction was with Gabby. It was pleasant, however, my second interaction with a guy wasnât so pleasant but still decided to do business to give them a try! THEY DELIVERED MY COUCH IN MAY! At the time I was still moving from two places so never got a chance to really look at my couch outside of the delivery day. Well a month or so later after getting settled in my new place and working I noticed the couch wasnât in great shape. The buttons were lose and causing it to rip in places. NOW KEEP IN MIND IâVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 3MONTHS. I called the store and SPOKE WITH GABBY. I LET HER KNOW THAT THIS COUCH WAS CHEAPLY MADE AND SHE TRIED TO TELL ME IT WASNâT. She kept telling me it was made it TURKEY. I know furniture when I see it My previous furniture lasted 10 years with no rips or tears just worn down. I was told EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE AND SINCE A MONTH HAS PASSED NOT QUITE SURE WHAT THEY WOULD DO. SHE WILL LET HER MANAGER KNOW. I never heard back and then realized I sent an email in June and still havenât heard back! NOW HERE IT IS AUGUST THAT Iâm finally hearing back. I spoke with Nick and let me know a repair guy would be sent out to me. Well they sent a repair guy out from a 3rd party and he basically told me this couch is not a good couch in so many words. On YESTERDAY the manager JOSEPH REACHES OUTE LETTING ME KNOW I received a bad batch from the manufacturer(funny to me because I told everyone I spoke with Gabby, Nick, and him that I got a bad couch but yet they keep lieing as if itâs a good couch). He suggested they will reupholster my whole couch basically but it will take 6HRs. I instantly got irritated start cussing as well as hung up in his face and let him know Why would you suggest reupholster versus sending a new couch? I wasnât pleased with the 3rd party work but yet he kept trying to tell me he does good work. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING! YALL ARENT ALWAYS RIGHT! I SPENT $2100 CASH FOR A COUCH THAT ONLY HAS LASTED FOR 3MONTHS!! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I SEE WHY EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE..CHEAPLY MADE! You can do whatever you want with the items there is no refundâ. I ordered a bed and a sectional. They told me in 3 days it will be delivered it took 2 weeks. When it was delivered. The bed was the wrong color and the sectional was the wrong size. I have called and emailed no one calls me back or replies to my email. I have been calling them for the last 2 weeks. The lady is always saying oh the manager is not here when he comes he will give you a call. She told me to email him and he will respond in 2-3 business days. I have emailed him on the 6th util now responds. The lamp that they gave me for complementary for delivering the wrong color bed is broken as well. As soon as you pay them.
