8/14/2019 So let me first tell you today is my birthday happy birthday me. I decided that I was going to see how much my phone bill was. I checked and my phone bill has been 20-something bucks the last few months as the individual who sold me my phone at this location told me that he put me on a $20 plan. I didn't need to be on the $60 plan for him because it was too much. And I wouldn't go over and it was the same exact thing I was on. So I was happy to be saving quite a bit of money per month. Today I checked and I owe 50 something plus dollars which is basically more then almost what my bill was before. So I come back to this location and inquire as to why that is they take my information tell me it'll be about a 10 minute wait. I sit down and wait then I get called up to the front then they tell me oh well there's not a $20 plan I don't know why you told you that well I don't know if I can figure out who told you that but yeah I guess I could so the lady gets the manager because apparently she wasn't sure how upset I was well things needed to be fixed and if I don't know what planet I'm on and what I'm paying for that's not right. So I told her she needs to find out who sold me the phone and I said you need to find out who did it I said and you need to either do some retraining with him or explain to him he needs to cuz she tried to say it was miscommunication it was a miscommunication it was he completely told me wrong on purpose. Therefore I would not recommend coming to this location they had plenty of people to help the people that were sitting there and yet they all let us sit there for about 10 to 15 minutes and wait while they decide whether or not they were going to help you. 2 years ago
I love this corporate office! Very nice staff! Helpful! Go here instead of jacksboro hwy location. Even the security guard will help get you signed in! Very cool!!! And there staff is more experienced than jacksboro highway...
   Read morethey are just plain stealing from customers, My phone fell out of my pocket in my trip to Europe, Metro has no service there so I was getting wi-fi from my wife's phone by ATT. I called as soon as I noticed and was told they had to send me a code to verify my identity, with no phone or service I couldn't do that, they said to come in person to file on my insurance. I come in 5 days later and was told that I had to report it within 3 days so I can't file under the insurance. I said is there any discounted phones for a customer over 10 years and was told no. My wife said we will go to ATT to get a phone so discontinue service, I was told I couldn't do that because I have 2 wi-fi towers and have to have a phone with them for that service to stay. I was never told this when I got the towers I then asked why if it said I only pay 50.00 per tower why am I paying 55 on the second, I was told 50.00 is for the first one only. I needed a phone so I got the least expensive while I checked my options. I got the crappiest of phone from her and she rung me up fast. I then said can I please have a case and glass protector and she said because the phone is an older model they don't carry either. I left and called customer service to complain, the lady was extremely helpful and told me that even if I had filed with the insurance, they don't replace it with a new phone, I was never told this either, she then reviewed my account and said I was paying to much for the one tower and adjusted both to 50.00 each removed the insurance the young lady at the hulen location had put on my new 79.00 phone and credited me the activation fee. all together they are just thieves. they pray on people that wont complain. shame on them, their staff and their crooked...

In the conversation I asked why my husband was not able to access his free Amazon prime but I always could. The associate, Faruq, kept trying to convince me to pay $500 for an old Iphone 11 just so he could move old inventory. Since it was my daughter's first phone I was ok with doing the 12 as it is 5g. Note the iphone 11 will be unsupported in the next year which was another reason. He made changes to my plan completely WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, changed my Metro 8 digit passcode due to saying "it was bad"??? Then did not ask me what I wanted it changed to just told me its XXXXXXXX and did not write it down. He did not ever provide me with my daughter's phone number. I thought all of this was in the bag yet there was nothing not even a receipt.. So $530 I paid BUT I soon found out WHY he didn't. He changed my plan without consent now increasing my bill by $60!!!! Added insurance yet agajn without my permission. Call Metro PCS to make a complaint on the store and was then told I COULD NOT HAVE MY PLAN BACK NOR MY AMAZON PRIME!!! Can anyone tell me why I would be ok with losing a feature that costs $14.99/ mo AND also pay $60 more just for adding a line????? Ridiculous and completely unprofessional and NO COMPANY should conduct business this way!!! I have been with Metro for 10 years or more and have NEVER had an experience like this!!! You cannot just do whatever you want to and not so much as ASK nor even advise the customer just to make a sale!!! The store should be shut down completely and I will be leaving Metro FOR GOOD once my daughter's phone is...
