I enjoy the smoothies at Jamba.

I go back although the customer service is lacking because I like the products. I have attempted on multiple occasions to request a manager to follow up. No one ever does.

I've had smoothies which aren't full to the top, points not awarded accurately and most recently my "free" birthday smoothie was a charge! Even after I specifically requested my birthday smoothie was to be rang up separately in order to avoid error, the clerk refused and charged me for it.

This is just a short list of the debacles I encounter when I patronize this location.

I will give mention to Janis, who is always cheerful, welcoming and makes my orders correctly. Thank you.

So, over the weekend I went to this location on Hulen and it was crazy hectic. You can tell they were short staffed and I felt bad for them so I told them to take their time making my drink. When I finally got my smoothie, it was made wrong. One of the young ladies, I think she was new, accidentally put the wrong juice in it trying to get the drinks out fast. It was really packed so I totally understood and assured them it was okay. The young, sweet lady informed me that it’s their policy to remake drinks if customers don’t like them. She was wearing a black polo and she had pink and purple highlights in her hair. I believe her name was Haley, she was sweet and really helped me. The other two young ladies were nice as well. But thanks to the young lady in the black polo who originally helped me, I will be coming back. Hopefully it’s more staff on the weekends so they won’t have problems like...

Juices and bowls like this place are healthy, but SO outrageously overpriced. This one small bowl was perfectly delicious, colorful, BUT it's robbery what they charge. Staff isn't very nice either. Robotic at best. Ignored me at worst. Seriously, it is very off-putting. For $10 you get one bowl that is tasty and delicious, but really?! Ten bucks? For example, pay $10 at Subway and you get a whole meal like a whole footlong sandwich plus chips and drink. This is why people are overweight in this country. Until healthy food is not 3-4x the cost, and the minimum wage is raised, people will eat what they can afford and this place is just so expensive.
