PRO - Michael is definitely great at his work, especially if you like designs. I get my nails dipped with or without tips (depending on the condition of my natural nail) love that he takes the powder back to the cuticle making the nail appear more natural, and his nails are never bulky and thick. Some nail artist will shave down the nail base at the cuticle and after a few hand washes your nails start to like like you need a fill even though it’s only a few days later. CON - Sometimes he seems bothered or short, but that may just be his personality or a slight language barrier. He isn’t ever blatantly rude, and his work is good. PRO - I also recommend Mimi. She’s great at her work, will check in with you while she’s doing your nails to make certain she is doing them to your liking, and she has a pleasant disposition! CON - She shaves down the nail near the cuticle, so it looks like you need a fill after a week. Again, she is good at her work and very pleasant. PRO - The shop owner has a great personality, he is customer oriented and aims to please, and if there is ever an issue he will rectify it within reason! CON - They are a bit pricey for basic nails. I get a short single color dipped set, sometimes with or without tips, maybe a slight shaping so that they aren’t too square and it will be around $60 or above. My short nails seem to always be marked as “long”. Most times I stay natural shaped, but occasionally I will get Almond or Coffin shape, but I always keep my nails short because I know my weaknesses, and typing with nails is one of them 😂. Give them a try! Everyone’s experience is different based off your personality type…

I was very upset after having dip nails done two weeks ago at this salon. I paid 45$ for dip nails, and shape on my nails only for two of them to pop right of the night I had them done! Then another day goes by and guess what... another one comes off! By the end of the week 6 of my nails I had done had popped off. No, I am not rough on my nails, I am a very careful person. I don’t live in Keller anymore so I literally had to drive 45 minute to the nearest salon here in Oklahoma to have them fixed. While I was there several of the nail techs looked closely at my nails and felt bad for me and asked which salon did them because they put them on way too thin. The lady was literally able to gently bend one of them and it to pop right off and I have never ever had this happen! I spent 65$ on these nails and getting them fixed that didn’t even last me a week! Now I am down to three nails... the three I had fixed. I am highly upset with my experience at this salon and with my experience as this was a gift from my grandmother only gone down the drain which upset her as well. This salon and my experience has me with no words, and not in a good way... I wish my experience had been better because had I known they were all gonna pop off, I would’ve gone somewhere else to get them done rather than keep paying to fix them one after the other.

I think because it was busy on the weekend, they may have had someone who is inexperienced to help. I didn’t get her name, usually I get Mary who is amazing. This girl was very young. I think the youngest one working. Unfortunately, this girl cut my foot so deep that it’s been a week and it’s still healing. I got gel on my toes and somehow there’s an air bubble in my big toe. That’s never happened to me before. I told her twice that I did not want acrylic but she just kept putting them on me. I thought maybe she doesn’t speak very good English, so I just said whatever I’ll take the acrylic this time. If platypus shaped nails were in, I would love this. But I didn’t ask for that. These look so bad. And I’m not the type of person to complain in person or try to get my money back. I’m leaving this post, so maybe they will train her better. Or maybe someone else will read this and make sure they’re picky about who does their nails here. Very terrible experience.

My sister and I have been going here every two weeks for nearly two years now. The quality of the work is the BEST I've ever seen. We get dip, pedicures and eyebrow waxing.

From the moment you walk in the door, you're warmly greeted by their friendly staff. Kenny is such a sweetheart! They immediately have you sanitize your hands and take your temperature to ensure the safety of everyone during this pandemic. You order your services and even a drink to enjoy while you're there. By the way, drinks are on the house! How cool is that?! The facility is clean and very spacious.

I make appointments with Jackie and she does a great job making sure my nails are even and not bumpy and that they're thin and natural looking the way that I like them. She is very detail oriented and makes sure that they are perfect. Mary has also done my nails quite a bit and does an amazing job as well. My sister makes her appointments with Michael and she's always got some kind of funky request for her nails. He never backs down from the challenge and never ceases to amaze us with his talent. Justin gives the best pedicure I've EVER had. I swear my eyes rolled to the back of my head more than once during the massage portion of my pedicure. It was a very deep massage on my legs and feet and much needed after a long and taxing week at work and my feet are baby soft! I will wait in line for Justin so that I can get him to do my pedicures! Mary does a great job on the waxing. I love how fresh and clean my eyebrows are after I've had them waxed!

But aside from how great the services are, I have to say that one of the biggest reasons that we keep going back like clockwork is the people. You walk in and are immediately greeted with enthusiasm and a welcoming tone and treated like an old friend. Andy has worked so hard to make sure that everyone who comes in the door is a happy customer. He will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy. There are some people that you just can't please but let me assure you, he and his staff does everything to try. We LOVE Veneto and we LOVE the staff. 🥂Cheers you guys!🥂 Thank you for doing such an amazing job and making us feel so welcome. We love y'all and look forward to seeing you every two weeks! My sister and I will be forever...

Moved to the area about 2 months ago. Been to this place about 5 times. Inconsistent experiences. First time I went, it was great. 2nd time, I was charged an additional $4.99 for a trim down when I was there for a fill. I didn’t understand this. Isn’t this included? I challenged her on this fee and she said that’s normal. I have NEVER been charged that again there & nowhere else in the 20+ years I have been getting my nails done when I am paying full price for a fill or new set. Nail tech making up fees. Today… went in for a pink/white ombré & pedicure. Pedicure went great. My nail tech (Mimie) seemed agitated right away. Told her what I wanted & she brought over a darker pink. Not asking if that was the correct color, just assuming. When I asked her for the lightest one, she was annoyed. She was annoyed by the AC blowing on her too. She seemed uncomfortable the whole time, constantly adjusting my arms & hands. She didn’t ask for the shape, just assumed I wanted them narrow, I didn’t. I asked her to square them and had to ask her a second time to fix it. Then once the pedicure was done, she made me move to a seat at her desk to make her more comfortable. In the walk over, the plastic toe separators messed up my toe polish. The rest of my time there, I had to sit pulled out because my toe nails were wet. I was very uncomfortable to the point that my left arm was shaky because of a recent back surgery. She didn’t care despite her having to stop because of the shaking. Didn’t say a word. She was comfortable, that’s what mattered. I had to hold my arm so it would stop. Never asking if I minded moving, or if I was comfortable, nothing. She has very poor customer service skills. She was busy laughing with the other ladies sitting close by. She also cut me with the nail file. No...
