Dream Spa Medical — Attraction in Foxborough

My experience at Dream Spa was okay but could have been great. I came in for a Hydrafacial, wanting to compare the experience to my regular med spa down the road. The staff, including the aesthetician, was welcoming and warm. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The Hydrafacial itself felt a little rushed and clinical, and I was hoping for a more relaxing, spa-like experience that I’ve received at some other local med spas which combine the Hydrafacial with additional touches like steam, manual extractions, décolleté and hand massage during the LED treatment, etc. Instead, the aesthetician left the room to write up a treatment plan while I sat under the light. This wasn’t the aesthetician’s fault at all, as it’s clearly how the treatment is designed by the company, but it felt like a missed opportunity to make the client feel pampered rather than being sold on more products and services. One thing that was also disappointing is that the products that were used at the end of the facial pilled and felt like they were just sitting on top of my skin. I have had a few different treatments done here all by Maya, from the relaxing Hydrafacial, Diamond Glow, CIT, Sylfirm, Laser Hair Removal, no matter the treatment you are treated with such care, down to the personal remarks Maya and the other staff remember about you, that really shows how much they truly care about each person they treat. The spa is always clean and tidy, they offer to make you a tea or coffee, they are welcoming and flexible. I am so glad they have a location that is so easy for me to get to with tons of parking!
