They Messed up an order I was very specific about when I was ordering and when I noticed they gave me the wrong product they didn’t refund me. They made me rebuy the original product I asked for. The mistake was on their part, but they were adamant that I pay for their mistakes. It’s a shame cause I give consistent business here by coming every week if not multiple times a week. Really disappointing that I have to give my loyal business somewhere else now. The other staff agreed that the manager shouldn’t have responded to me in that attitude that I was given. There was a lot of talk back and seeming to blame me for their mistake. Also trying to tell a customer that they don’t require the product they specifically asked for is completely unprofessional. I have places to be so I didn’t argue and paid for what I needed and left. If you go there I would suggest you triple check the products they hand to you, especially before you open it. A lot of the packaging is similar so they’re bound to mess up some orders on mistake, but it is definitely the business’s responsibility to give you the exact product you asked for, especially when you show them the website image on their tablet.    Read moreI am so happy I found a great Dispensary with a great Point system better than most dispensaries you actually earn things for spending a lot of money and as a customer, I am very happy . very often they have great specials that you can save good money on. I came out of there today with my wife, and we was very happy with the amazing specials and the service from the young lady who told us about their in-house specials. And that’s not it after we get home sat down for a session talking about our lovely experience today and looked at our text message and my wife became a gold member and I became a platinum member that made us even more excited Because she save 3% for Life and I save 5% for Life on each purchase I highly recommend this dispensary...

Its a beautiful place but if you are looking for a good consumer experience i would recommend finding a different dispensary.
