Bricks & Minifigs Franklin — Attraction in Franklin

This is far and away my favorite Bricks and Minifigs, and I think they outshine the rest in other people's eyes too considering they have 4.9 stars with over 100 reviews while most of the others in the area are around 4.5 with 60 or so.

I went for the first time just a week ago and have been back twice. They are smaller than most B&M, but they utilize the space to the best of their ability and make it feel like every inch of the store is something to explore. Their selection is amazing with tons of sets, open and sealed, old and new. I even found one of my white whales there sealed, and I found a newer Lego train I'd been considering picking up and another B&M for the same peice with two extra cars!

So selection and layout are excellent but what really ties the store together is an amazing, friendly, kind staff. They are all extremely helpful and engaging, and I would like to especially shout out Gabe (I really hope I remembered his name correctly, I'm horrible with names and also have bad hearing 😅) but he was incredibly helpful and engaging. I dedicated my afternoon yesterday to driving and shopping here, and I don't regret it one bit! The store had a clean atmosphere, not feeling sticky or musty. And all around had good vibes. I asked how their trade-in system works, because I brought along a box of some sealed and used sets from my collection. And Evan and Todd did a perfect job explaining and helping me with the matter. I was glad they had a solid selection of display stands, cases, and LED light kits too. The only minor critique I'd honestly say is that they didn't have the one minifig I was looking for, (series 20 80's musician) but they just opened their store a few months ago, so it's completely understandable!
