Franklin Antique Mall — Attraction in Franklin

I will never come back to this shop. We drove up from Huntsville AL to shop in Franklin TN Antique Mall and had picked out a few things to purchase. My wife asked directions to their restroom and was rudely told theirs was broken and to go across the street. She went across to the Scarlett Scales Antiques and she was told by the very nice owner that she was welcome to use the restroom. Turns out that the owners of the Franklin Antique mall don’t let anyone use their restrooms and have claimed the restrooms are broke for a number of months now. Not only is this a health violation, but the owners obviously don’t care about the health and comfort of their shopping guests. Needless to say, we set down all the items we were going to purchase and went back across the street and purchased something from the lady in the Scarlett Scales Antiques instead as...

I'm sure it is a fine place, had we not been discouraged from entering by the woman opening the store over the weekend. Our family parked in their lot shortly before they opened, only to be rudely told that they're not open and we can't park there if we're going downtown.

Very bad experience and won't be back because of this rude woman. Little did she know, we recently purchased a house and would have likely given them a fair amount of business.

Good news is - there are plenty of other local shops that would be thrilled for our business, even if we're a few...

Unbelievable poor, rude, harsh and unprofessional service. This woman refused to give her name but is fat , short with dirty blond hair and glasses, After I began to pay she demanded I pay cash (IRS? Issue) and then removed the lightbulbs from the chandelier. When I simply questioned why she took the lightbulbs, she slammed the money on the counter and yelled they aren’t included! She then yelled at my husband and I for being rude because we asked! The owner was not on sight and should be aware of this poor behavior and not have someone like this...
