Receiving office doors don’t open till 6am. Check in and you are given a choice of multiple doors to dock into. After you dock remove red air line and place lock out that they give you when you check in. Return inside to pay lumper fee. They will bring paperwork out to you when they are done. Dock door 21 is the hardest due to curve and a light pole that will be obstacles to look out for. Tight backing and barely no front room when you swing around due to large concrete blocks they have in place across the street. You will hold up traffic due to using the street to dock. Bathroom is available inside warehouse just ask they will give directions to it. There is no overnight parking but trucks was lined up the road when I arrived at 5:00am for a 6:00am...

Appointment was at 0900, got into a door immediately, still in a door at 1325. Receiving clerk didn't know anything and buzzed me onto the dock. Lumpers unhelpful, found dock supervisor.

They apparently have a difficult time reading their bill of lading and offloaded product that was for my next stop. They are still trying to figure out what product is theirs and what isn't. Dock supervisor claimed I was harassing him for politely asking what the delay was and informing him I've been in the door for more than 3 and a half hours. He told me he wasn't going to work my truck if I continued to harass him. I went back to my truck and informed my company. I have already missed my next appointment today and will now lose...

Not a great place to deliver to if your running LTL freight and running even a little behind schedule. A previous stop which took longer than anticipated, left me running an hour behind. My scheduled appointment was at 1100 am. I was informed that there receiving hours stopped at 11 and my delivery of one skid was considered an after hours delivery and subject to a $50.00 late fee. 11:00 AM is after hours really? I found it funny because the warehouse was packed with employees which were more than happy to accept the ridiculously small order of just one pallet. This place could care less about a driver or whatever may happen to them to...
