NOT impressed with this venue. For starters I counted 20 disability parking spots for a venue with thousands in attendance. Yes, that may be the minimum allowed by law, but you can designate more for large events. Overflow parking is next door and down a hill at a stadium. I was heart broken to see families trying to load a member in a wheel chair and push them up the hill. Only to find "reserved" parking adjacent to the building for STAFF. WTH? This place only goes down hill once you get inside. It should be called Sauna World as the AC doesn't have the capacity to cool the venue on a hot evening when crowded. Then their is the bathroom. Another less than pleasant part of this facility. NO hot water!! No it was not out of hot water, there is no hot water piped to the sinks. Turn the hot water knob, nothing comes out. Most paper towel dispensers we're empty or slow to work. The roll on the counter by the sink was wet on both ends. I actually enjoyed the event, but informed the sponsor I would never attend another one in that venue. I've been more comfortable at outdoor events in Texas in the summer than this sweltering hall with partially obstructed views, that was as humid as Fredericksburg outdoors. In fact it might have been more comfortable in the adjacent...

Went there today for the big garage sell show purchased a large 1950s TV and the guy selling let me use his dolly because the TV is extremely heavy, Well when I tried to take it to my car the employees rudely barked at me that I can not use the exit? I went out that heavy door Johnny law and employees no where to be found to hold a door etc and I dropped and broke the TV. I saw another guy carrying a large desk and they barked at him also, Shame on you for treating...
Read moreVisited for our daughters cheer competition. It's not a bad venue overall for the event, but few things could have been better. First, there was a scheduled food drive at the same time as the competition. It took me 30 minutes to drive between 2 lights. Had to let my wife and daughter out in the middle of the road so they could walk to the center. I pulled a turn at the light and ended up parking at a hotel a few blocks away, across from the Wegmans. They have a pretty good selection of food at their 1 concession stand. Naturally, with 100's of starving girls, the line to get food was long, very, very long. We waited about 30 mins to get up to order our food. I also only saw 2 people working, they were hustling, though. Nothing wrong with the effort, but it seems their is a lack of logistics...
