So the reason why I’m giving it a 2 stars is because last night my friend and I was speeding to get there on time to get boba. My friend got there exactly at 9:05 and I get there at 9:07 and they closed at 9:30. The lady then comes down turns off the lights and looks directly at my friend and locks the door. She then calls them to ask if they are closed and they said yes we are she then tells them don’t you close until 9:30pm the lady on the phone tells her “ we wanted to close early tonight” I’m pretty sure that’s not okay nor your not supposed to do that. You have to be open until it’s time to close. There was also another couple that was trying to open the door and they asked are they really closed “ I said yeah they told us “ we wanted to close early tonight” I took a picture of what time they closed on Saturday and it saids 9:30pm we got there fairly early at 9:05 so there was more then enough time for them to make our drinks I would understand if it was 9:25 or they were about to close but no it’s really unfortunate they lost a costumer due to their actions I absolutely loved going to this place but I don’t know if I actually want to anymore honestly.

Quaint upstairs boba milk tea place that offers fast service for a variety of delicious teas. The flavor is good, and I recommend the 20% or 50% sugar as it can be very sweet. The pearls are soft and soaked in honey, and are also quite sweet. It is pricier than a lot of other bubble tea places, but they do have good quality teas offering non-dairy creamer (except for the brown sugar milk tea which uses whole milk) or a substitution of oat milk for $1 more. One can order a drink at the kiosk, selecting between a few milk tea options, slushies, or snows. I also liked that one can choose a sweetness option for their slushes which come with a salty cheese foam cap. They make the drink within 3 minutes and bring it out to you with a plastic straw. But they have the nice hard plastic cups that one can insert their straws into. They have a spacious seating area with lots of nice tables and floors with cushioned chairs reminiscent of a TV show interview. There's Guest WiFi, but one should ask for the password and it could be a great place to do work. There is also a cotton candy booth one can use to make their own cotton candy

My favorite place ever. They have the best boba I have tried (and I have tried a lot of places). My favorites are the Strawberry Matcha Crush, Orange Milk Tea, and Jasmine Milk Tea. I highly recommend their cheese caps as well. I have tried probably half of all their drinks now, and the two categories I’m not a fan of are the sparkling teas and their coffee, but that just might be my taste. While their deserts are overpriced they are also very delicious, so it’s hard to be mad about it. All the employees have been very nice. The atmosphere is top notch, the only thing is I wish it was less humid up there, but if you sit under their AC it’s fine. The cotton candy machine is a fun addition, even though it breaks every now and then. They also have bathrooms which is always a plus. Could write a whole essay about this place. I’m really glad it’s part of my college town.

Absolutely delightful! Today, I had the pleasure of taking my daughter to Bubblebee, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was charming, creating a bright and cheerful space that immediately put us at ease. The menu was extensive, offering a fantastic variety of drinks that catered to both classic tastes and more adventurous palates. My daughter, a bubble tea enthusiast, was thrilled with the sheer number of options available. She ultimately chose a strawberry smoothie with popping boba, and her face lit up with every sip. I opted for a refreshing iced coffee with a touch of vanilla, and it was perfectly balanced and delicious – clearly made with quality ingredients. What truly set Bubblebee apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the different drink options and make recommendations. They were genuinely enthusiastic about their products, and their positive energy was infectious. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and that dedication shines through in every aspect of the experience. Beyond the drinks themselves, the cleanliness and overall ambiance of Bubblebee were impeccable. The seating was comfortable, and the space was well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a treat. It felt like a true escape, a little oasis of sweetness and joy. This wasn’t just a quick drink stop; it was a memorable outing. Bubblebee provided a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with my daughter, creating a shared experience that we both thoroughly enjoyed. The combination of delicious drinks, friendly service, and a charming atmosphere made it an absolute pleasure. We left feeling refreshed and happy, already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a top-notch drink experience, look no further than Bubblebee. It's a true gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful and...
