I been wanting a new bed with an adjustable base for quite some time. After doing my shopping at Target, I had an instinct to check if Mattress Firm was open: they were! I was greeted by Sales Associate Keith Alexander Hendrickson, who I felt was the right person there at the right time to help sell me on my perfect bed. I told him I had some available credit to work with but wouldn’t mind paying a bit out of pocket if it made his job easier and I found the right bed and base. I was impressed by his Q&A note taking as he was figuring out what bed and base would suit me. I was able to test a couple of beds to get a feel of what would be best for my back. An added bonus was he recommended a pillow he felt would help me sleep better. It was as if he answered my prayers: the pillow I tried was the perfect pillow for my head and neck!! I had been on the look for years but couldn’t find one until he suggested I give it a try! Long story short, Keith and I established a rapport that felt as if he were long lost friends catching up on old times. His recommendations were detailed exactly to what I needed and his stellar interpersonal customer service skills sold me on my choice! I came to Mattress Firm looking for a bed but what I got was a lifestyle change. My purchase included a Firm full size bed with a high quality adjustable base, a new set of sheets (decorative and protective), 2 new pillows, everything needed to finally get the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. You can’t put a price on a friendly purchase from a great guy like Erik, and though he tried his very best to stay within my preferred budget, I had no problem making a little wiggle room for his suggestions because he tailored everything I needed and wanted. Outstanding associates like Erik who makes you feel like a friend are hard to come by. Below as my previous message. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm with an awful experience. What the sales present in the show room and what I received during the delivery is TOTALLY different item. When I contacted the sales and store manager for my complaint, they refused to communicate and refused they provided SO misleading sales experience to me. I was feeling ridiculed when they told me you can sell the adjustable base on FB marketplace if you don't like it. What?

They also do not accept the return for this item. Very bad experience. I would not recommend purchasing...
