Ramos Furniture — Attraction in Fresno

I usually look for customer service, this was too persistent and she got very defensive 😅. I was trying to figure out which mattres would suit us, while and older woman came to help. My husband let her know we were looking and deciding on it mutually. My husband had asked her some questions so I let them be and told him I wanted to look at other stuff so she can answer his questions. He did and told her we were looking first and stood nest to me at another mattress section. She followed and asked if we had any questions. I told her that my SO and I were trying to figure out what mattress to get. She then answered that she was here to help. I explained that we weren't sure yet and needed to figure it out amongst us. She then stated that she wasn't bothering anyone and she was here to answer questions. To which I responded that I didn't say she was and that we just needed time to figure out what we were getting. My family and I had a great customer service experience with Ramos Furniture's entire team. As soon as we walked in the showroom we were greeted by a team of friendly faces. It was a privilege working with Mr. Antonio he is very attentive to the need of his clients and he is very knowledgeable. He delivered on his word when it came to providing us with a competitive quotation, not only that, but he did it in a timely manner. In addition he and his team walked us through the finance process! They explained with great detail how interest rates work knowing this information we were able to make good choices. After we sealed the deal we received a follow up call from Mr. Antonio that our furniture has arrived. We will surely return to purchase more furniture in the near future. Worst customer service I had in a long time. Took almost 6 weeks to get our furniture and they make you think you’ll get it early. They scheduled a day for delivery twice and failed to deliver my items. I called multiple times and they keep telling me the district manager will call me back and never did. We ordered sectional, dinning table/chairs, recliner, cal king bed, and coffee table, everything had issues beside the recliner and bed. They took back the coffee table because it wasn’t leveled and they brought it back in a worst condition than before.
