Been here a few times but unfortunately no more.
Had a 4pm appointment on June 27 with Marciella. Was in the lobby around 350, checked in, and waiting for the therapist to come get me. At 4pm another customer walks in and says they have an appointment with Marciellaā¦ā¦..what the heck?
Then a male therapist comes to get me for a massage and Iām incredibly confused because thatās not who I booked my massage with. Marciella came out and took the other customer back and Iām just left in the lobby.
So, I asked the front desk receptionist whatās going on as I booked specifically with Marciella, a female therapist who I have been to before - definitely not the male therapist waiting for meā¦
She first tries to tell me that massages are not with specific therapists. And Iām like lol⦠I literally booked specifically with this therapist and yes, you can choose specific therapists when you book online. I was on a wait list and you guys called me when something opened up and I even confirmed my appointment via text and email yesterday.
Then she says someone else must have moved my appointment and sheās not sure who did it. I asked why would you move an appointment without telling the customer and sheās just like āI donāt knowā. If you donāt have answers, please go find someone who does. Useless person up front.
If you move someoneās appointment, you should inform them ahead of time! And why would you move me from a female to a male without my consent?
She didnāt even try to get the manager or someone to talk to me to provide a resolution. Just asked if I wanted to reschedule. What a waste of my time and nobody even cared. I was also being very calm and kind when trying to understand what happened and I know for sure someone else would not have been so collected.
This is the unfortunate truth of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of The Now Massage therapists was doing chair massages at a local event I attended, and I was very impressed. They had a special offer for booking on the spot, so I made an appointment for an 80 minute massage with a Scalp massage enhancement. I booked with the same therapist, Debbie, and arrived a few minutes early. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted and offered water, and the vibe is very calming. The treatment rooms are all separated by thick curtains, and each one has a comfy heated table. Thereās a track of crashing waves playing, and I almost felt like I was on an island somewhere. Debbie was incredible at getting into all of my knots all over my body. I had been having issues with my left shoulder, and afterwards I was able to move it so much more freely. (I didnāt even tell her about my shoulder beforehand!) I am also a guitarist, and I hold a lot of my tension in my neck and shoulders. This massage left my body feeling 100000% better, but I did ask for a recommendation for a therapist that does relaxing massages as well. My second massage I tried Marciella and I was insanely relaxed. This time I added on the Scalp massage and also the Eye enhancement (little clear gel-like patches that really helped with my bags under my eyes!) When she whispered that she was done, I swear to you I felt like I was in a trance. Where am I? Who am I? I also asked why there is no nap room. They need a nap room. Overall, I love this place. I now have two amazing people I can schedule with for getting out knots or blissful relaxation, and they have even more massage therapists to try. They offer memberships as well and a nice list of enhancements you can add on. I wish there was a way to add more stars, because they deserve a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came here today because I received a gift card, then had another gift card so i thought i would give it a try, i was super excited to try this place. Let me start by saying initially I booked "healer" massage with add Ons of deep tissue, hemp lotion and Gua Sha. When I arrived front desk lady was polite and explained services, I decided to switch to the signature massage instead of "healer", but still kept all my add Ons. Clarence was very polite, positive and overall did a good job. However, I did get deep tissue add on, which i didn't seem like i received at all, Gua Sha tool as an add on was barely used a little bit on my back, but i don't see a reason to pay +$15 for adding that, seems like a waste of money. (+$45 total on add Ons alone) The same with hemp balm, no difference. I have gotten massages in different places, i am always open to try new spots, but unfortunately this was not worth $185 massage. Also, at the end when i paid with my gift cards, one of them was not processing supposedly, and front desk lady made me feel awkward, like she was questioning where did i get my gift card from, after she came back from "running the gift card in the back" and it worked, she asked me again where did i get it from??? At first, I wasn't going to share my thoughts or experience about this place at all, because maybe it is just not for me and just not as good of an experience than other places I have been to, but also, I saw another review about feeling like the whole experience just was not enough and was missing something and I have to agree...
