Review: Rotate Bar and Kitchen
I recently had the pleasure of hosting two significant events at Rotate Bar and Kitchen, and both experiences were nothing short of exceptional. The first event was a Karaoke night to honor RD Burman's birthday, and the second was a gathering to watch the Cricket World Cup Finals. Both times, the turnout was impressive, and despite the large crowd, the service remained impeccable. The staff welcomed everyone with open arms and warm smiles, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
The owners of Rotate Bar and Kitchen truly value their customers, and this ideology is clearly reflected in their staff. Every interaction was marked by courtesy and genuine hospitality, making all our guests feel at home.
The food at Rotate Bar and Kitchen is top-notch. Their Tandoor dishes are exceptional, and the Naan is out of this world – incredibly fresh and delicious. We enjoyed Saag Paneer, Naan, Chili Gobi, and Peanuts Masala, and each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.
The drinks were spot on, and the service was impressively fast. Whether you're there for an event, dinner, date night, or happy hour, the efficiency and quality of service remain consistently high.
The decor is spacious and well thought out, with seating that is comfortably spread out, allowing for an enjoyable dining experience without feeling crowded.
I highly recommend Rotate Bar and Kitchen for any occasion. Whether you're planning a large gathering or a quiet dinner, this place delivers...
Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews. But I'm leaving this so owners will hopefully read and make changes to your establishment. I really do want you to succeed, But it won't with horrible service.
Over 15 minutes till anyone came to welcome/take our order at our hightop table.
I ordered a flight of bourbons. Some young guy came and quickly placed it in front of my friend sitting across who already had a drink in front of him. He just just quickly placed it and walked away. Very weird.
The flight was without any mention or label of what each bourbon was.
I didn't order food, but my friends did and said it was just OK.
About 30 minutes in, we had to ask for water. No one ever came back to check and see how things were or if we wanted anything else. And Weird... they gave us and everyone else water bottles that evening.
My wife ordered a drink off the menu. When we got the bill, they charged a higher amount than listed on the menu. When I mentioned it, waiter/maybe floor manager said that the listed prices on menu were not up to date. I said flat out, you can't just change prices to our order without mentioning them. He adjusted the bill in the end.
All of the above was mentioned to the guy above and he apologized for all the issues. For that, I'm upping the review to 2*...
Read moreI’m only in town for two nights and a day. I saw this place on my way in and it looked interesting. The online reviews looked good, so I gave it a shot and I’m really glad I did. It was completely not what I expected: East Indian food , a full bar, huge screen tvs. A great mix.
The service from TJ was excellent. He not only made sure I got my drinks and food quickly but changed the tv station so I could watch an out of market baseball game. The Negronis were excellent and the bartender was friendly. I do t require friendliness from wait staff to leave a nice review but after a long travel day, having dinner by myself in a town I’m not familiar with, it was welcoming to be treated well. Thank you guys for that.
I ordered the combo kebab and street fried rice knowing that I would never eat it all - but I wanted to try both. Both were excellent and I’m having leftovers at my hotel now while I type this. The chicken kebabs were moist and well cooked and the rice has a great flavor that isn’t overpowering or too spicy or oily. I like the addition of lightly fried cabbage in both. Because my baseball game was in west coast time, I stayed to watch for a few innings and no one seemed to mind.
Great spot. Come...
