Maybe I went into this new place that had their grand opening today with too high hopes, but unfortunately I was not impressed. From the moment I entered the door no one was there to greet you and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. When I sat down our server was not friendly and just immediately asked what I wanted to order after not even looking at the menu. I ordered a 24oz beer and I was brought 2 pint glasses simultaneously and I assume this was because they didn’t have the correct size glass. I also ordered a Cosmopolitan and although it was not terrible it was also in the wrong glass. I saw two men who I assume are either the owners or managers, however I don’t know for sure because they never greeted either despite them walking past the table on many occasions. I do want to mention that the only friendly encounter was from the bartender whose name I believe was Micah. He wanted to make sure our drinks tasted okay and I appreciate him for making conversation. Bottom line is- This is a grand opening of a new establishment and in order to gain repeat patrons you should be engaging EVERY AND ALL people that are walking through your doors willing to give your place a chance.

My husband and I went into the Rotate Bar and Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised with the changes since our last visit of 5 months ago. The menu is quite different, but very good and flavorful. You won't be able to hold back on trying new things here. We were able to settle on a suggestion from the wait staff and so glad that we did. The combo kebab was amazing and full of the best flavors with 3 different spices in the dish. The beer selection was very good and lucky for us we were there during happy hour. If you're craving some excellent spices and delicious flavors, try them! You'll not be disappointed. The staff was very good and did an amazing job with the service and taking care of us. Priyanka was our sweet and kind waitress. Please go on in and ask for her! She will take very good care of your requests and questions. I'm sad that I didn't take any photos! You'll just have to take my word and go on in and see for yourself with just how good they are. Thank you!!!

Hot off the presses!!!! This restaurant, @rotatebarkitchen has been open in Frisco, TX for just about 2 months now. The food is PHENOMENAL. We ordered the whipped feta with home made naan and a house salad with chicken. The salad was mixed greens, bacon, pickled onion, feta, tomatoes and ranch. We both got local beers, a Hefeweizen and Dallas Blonde. We met Chef Daniel and he was incredibly nice. We also ate a delicious dessert that was like little doughnuts/pancake balls in a simple syrup sauce with fresh raspberries and almonds. The menu concept is Indian based but they still offer the typical bar food; just elevated. They plan to rotate the menu every few months as well, and source locally which is awesome. Everything was so delicious. Please do yourself a favor and go patronize this establishment. You won’t be disappointed! #Eats #Frisco #Texas #Delicious #Local

Review: Rotate Bar and Kitchen

I recently had the pleasure of hosting two significant events at Rotate Bar and Kitchen, and both experiences were nothing short of exceptional. The first event was a Karaoke night to honor RD Burman's birthday, and the second was a gathering to watch the Cricket World Cup Finals. Both times, the turnout was impressive, and despite the large crowd, the service remained impeccable. The staff welcomed everyone with open arms and warm smiles, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

The owners of Rotate Bar and Kitchen truly value their customers, and this ideology is clearly reflected in their staff. Every interaction was marked by courtesy and genuine hospitality, making all our guests feel at home.

The food at Rotate Bar and Kitchen is top-notch. Their Tandoor dishes are exceptional, and the Naan is out of this world – incredibly fresh and delicious. We enjoyed Saag Paneer, Naan, Chili Gobi, and Peanuts Masala, and each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

The drinks were spot on, and the service was impressively fast. Whether you're there for an event, dinner, date night, or happy hour, the efficiency and quality of service remain consistently high.

The decor is spacious and well thought out, with seating that is comfortably spread out, allowing for an enjoyable dining experience without feeling crowded.

I highly recommend Rotate Bar and Kitchen for any occasion. Whether you're planning a large gathering or a quiet dinner, this place delivers...

I hate leaving bad reviews. But I'm leaving this so owners will hopefully read and make changes to your establishment. I really do want you to succeed, But it won't with horrible service.

Over 15 minutes till anyone came to welcome/take our order at our hightop table.

I ordered a flight of bourbons. Some young guy came and quickly placed it in front of my friend sitting across who already had a drink in front of him. He just just quickly placed it and walked away. Very weird.

The flight was without any mention or label of what each bourbon was.

I didn't order food, but my friends did and said it was just OK.

About 30 minutes in, we had to ask for water. No one ever came back to check and see how things were or if we wanted anything else. And Weird... they gave us and everyone else water bottles that evening.

My wife ordered a drink off the menu. When we got the bill, they charged a higher amount than listed on the menu. When I mentioned it, waiter/maybe floor manager said that the listed prices on menu were not up to date. I said flat out, you can't just change prices to our order without mentioning them. He adjusted the bill in the end.

All of the above was mentioned to the guy above and he apologized for all the issues. For that, I'm upping the review to 2*...

I’m only in town for two nights and a day. I saw this place on my way in and it looked interesting. The online reviews looked good, so I gave it a shot and I’m really glad I did. It was completely not what I expected: East Indian food , a full bar, huge screen tvs. A great mix.

The service from TJ was excellent. He not only made sure I got my drinks and food quickly but changed the tv station so I could watch an out of market baseball game. The Negronis were excellent and the bartender was friendly. I do t require friendliness from wait staff to leave a nice review but after a long travel day, having dinner by myself in a town I’m not familiar with, it was welcoming to be treated well. Thank you guys for that.

I ordered the combo kebab and street fried rice knowing that I would never eat it all - but I wanted to try both. Both were excellent and I’m having leftovers at my hotel now while I type this. The chicken kebabs were moist and well cooked and the rice has a great flavor that isn’t overpowering or too spicy or oily. I like the addition of lightly fried cabbage in both. Because my baseball game was in west coast time, I stayed to watch for a few innings and no one seemed to mind.

Great spot. Come...
