Seeing their Instagram we decided to give this place a try. Although I was a bit weary when I saw how limited their menu was, either burger or chicken sandwhich and fries. That's it. Also thought it was odd that their feed was only food, not updates,no specials, no images of the interior, but my husband heard good things about this "resturant" so we all went. Once we arrived we weren't too happy how tiny it was... Went in and no tables / seats available, walls are covered with spider webs, floors are gross and covered with dirty smushed fries, paint job and decoration lacked completely and poor a/c ventilation. No one greets you. It seemed confusing at first where the line started considering it wasn't a line but instead a blob of folks waiting. Their limited menu is on a TV which you need to step back close to a table in order to fully see it, no paper menus. I oreded 5 " combos/meals " which by the way means burger/sandwhich + fries, NO drink, news flash, that's not a combo/meal, that's just +fries for upgrade charge. First place I've been to that a meal isn't even a meal since no drink is included. Told the guy to put the pickles , coleslaw & suace to the SIDE for 2 of the chicken sandwhiches he nodded but upon picking up our food (yes once food is done you have to get it in a fast food style tray) both plates did NOT have these to the side but instead he just said "NO pickles, coleslaw, suace"... Considering we spend over $75 I'd like to have what I paid for especially since I asked for it on the SIDE. Plus again he didn't greet or even say "thank you", takes 2 seconds to show gratitude that customers are dining at the place you work knowing how much they ordered $. Anyways, I chose the "spicy" chicken sandwhich and I'm a whimp when it comes to spice but this sandwhich was NOT spicy at all and over fried. Fast food spicy chicken sandwhiches have for kick than this did. We asked for hot suace and they said they didn't have any... They only have ketchup, mayo or ranch only in the entire resturant. OK. Other plain chicken sandwhich was embarrassingly over deep fried that it was a hard shell (no point in quality chicken if it's ruined by being over cooked) . Fries barely had any seasoning and were not warm / hot when we got them. Food proportion was small compared to their Instagram pics. Drink fountain do it yourself style. Have to clean up your own table and trays yourself. Trash bin exterior was dirty, tables dirty (haven't seen one person try to clean up), walls dirty, And floors dirty. My parents husband, kids and I were deeply unimpressed with the entire experience and regret spending our time and money here considering this is lower standards than McDonald's (same process, order yourself with menu above, wait until your tray is at table, get it yourself, eat, dump your own food, leave) when we could have went to a real resturant that was clean, had cool a/c, someone to greet, take and bring our order, yummy food for the same $$$ we spent here....

This place does NOT live up to the hype of their pictures or videos!!!! Which honestly is sad, because we had high hopes for this place.
Special wolf burger: [2/5] nothing really special about this burger. The flavor of the meat was decent at best. You get a TON of breaded bun, thin meat slices and we added bacon which they were very stingy and conservative with. It's supposed to come with a couple of special sauces, however mine was still very dry tasting so I had to add their ketchup concoction to mine.
Wolf junior: [0/5]: got these for our kids and not only were the patties extremely conservative for a smash burger they were little crumbles of meat. I asked the worker what was going on and about other meat and he said the patties they received aren't their normal patties and the meat just crumbles like that.
Sweet potatoe fries: [0/5]: nothing special here, taste like they got them from a grocery store and fried them. Very generic, no seasoning....
Regular fries: [1/5]: same as the sweet potato fries but they do attempt to add some sort of seasoning and allegedly fry them in beef tallow...either way we didnt taste anything that made them wowing, then we looked over and noticed the cook dumping Oreida fries into the fryer so yeah...nothing special.
[1/5] All in all STAY AWAY from this place unless you just want to burn money. This is our first and LAST TIME coming here! We paid approximately $60 for 2 NOT special wulf burgers, 2 wulf juniors, and 3 fries.....allow low quality and low vibration food, better food at in and out, Freddy's or even Whataburger especially when you do a cost and portion to taste analysis....but the staff was nice though. Also they do NOT have regular ketchup it's some sort of barbecue mixed with ketchup concoction (in the red bottles on the table), same if you ask for ketchup, no packets just the concoction. You've been advised and fairly warned keep driving...
