We took the road trip down here from Vegas and it was WELL worth the drive! And from our experience in shop I would definitely feel confident buying any of their pieces online if you are not in the area. Their curation process for all of their pieces and stones is top notch and they truly only carry the best of the best products so you can have piece of mind when shopping with them.
Not to mention their customer service is out of this world. The owners, Gabe and Danny, are so incredibly kind, professional, and generous and you can really tell that their main focus is to make sure that each and everyone of their customers leaves happy. They will go above and beyond any company (not just jewelry stores) to show their dedication to their customers and it shows.
I've never seen a jewelry store (family owned or high end) offer the type of warranties, perks, and buy back deals that they offer to their clients ever! A lifetime warranty, free cleanings and resizing, and buying back even lab created diamond for 100% of what you paid for is insane!! They even said that because I'm out of state if I ever have to send my ring back in for work or a cleaning that they'll send me a overnight packing slip label so I can send it in for free anytime. It's stuff like this that really makes them stand out. They also gave us the most precious initial jewelry for my daughter and included a free at home cleaning kit with our purchase.
As if that's not enough already, I've never seen such incredibly low prices on such high quality pieces. They beat all of the major 'budget' online retailers that I researched and definitely beat all the brick and mortar stores we visited and I'm so happy we ended up getting my engagement ring from them. We were quoted a ridiculous amount at Cartier for a 1.ct stone and got something 5x bigger for thousands less! I still can't believe it!
I was in shock over their vast selection that they offer in a fairly small store. I've gone to stores triple it's size and they haven't even had a quarter of the amount of items that HJ offers. Not to mention their extensive Rolex collection that even the Rolex stores would dream to have in stock! If you are interested in finding your perfect style of jewelry, watches or custom pieces- there's really nothing that they couldn't get or make custom for you!
There's a reason that this place gets so busy! They're the BEST in the business, period. They keep a lot of people on staff to help with the high volume of traffic they help everyday and even though I would imagine that during their peak times it may get a bit busy it is well worth the wait! We came on a busy Friday evening and were helped right away and I saw every person who came after us greeted in the same timely manner. I can tell they they try their absolutely best to get to every customer as quickly as they can. We were lucky enough to work with Jacqueline to customize my ring. She was an absolute joy to work with and was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me.
I really am in shock over my experience at Happy Jewelers, I know that they have thousands of raving reviews and are a favorite among celebrities and athletes but they still managed to exceed all my expectations and I cannot wait to add more of their pieces to my collection.
They really got their name right- I imagine it is near impossible to leave this place feeling anything but HAPPY!...
Read moreI really didn’t want to write this, but my experience here was so frustrating that I feel others should know. I originally came here because of social media, but I would caution anyone before coming in. They seem so friendly from their online content with raving reviews-but my experience was far from what was portrayed online. I came in for a custom ring and was assured they could make it exactly as I requested. I provided clear photos and details, and a few weeks later-the ring was ready. No one sent me a 3D photo design or gave me a chance to approve the design before making it. When I arrived for pickup, the ring looked completely different from what I had asked for. I then worked with Danielle, who offered to remake the ring and gave me time to decide. She also told me the person originally helping me shouldn’t have even been helping me since it wasn’t his normal job helping for custom jewelry?? I ultimately agreed because I wanted the ring to match my original request, especially since I was assured they could make it. She assured me she would personally "research" the ring too. I sent her photos and videos, yet the 3D design image she sent still didn’t match—the ring had diamonds set, which were curved outward when my design was stacked like steps. It was essentially the same ring they made the first time, the only difference was they added arches on the sides, but it was not stacked like the photos or videos I sent. When I pointed this out, she sent the exact same photo zoomed in with the caption "side view of the ring.” She completely ignored my concern, as if I didn't see her initial image. I reiterated that it was different from what I wanted and asked if they could make the changes. She then stopped responding altogether. Weeks went by, so I followed up with a call, only to find out that the ring—the one I never approved—had already been made and was sitting there, waiting for me. No one contacted me, no one confirmed the final design, and I was left completely out of the process-AGAIN. Why would you waste materials and labor on a ring that your customer didn’t approve of? The ring had to be remade a third time, and at that point, I requested to work with someone else because Danielle made me feel like an annoyance for simply wanting what I ordered. If you work in jewelry design, you should listen to your clients, have the capability to understand details and communicate. Instead, Danielle ignored my concerns, wasted my time, and made me feel like I was the problem. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because the third employee I worked with actually listened and made it how I had requested, hence a custom order. I also spoke with the manager, which I appreciated, and offered some credit for future use, however, I’m hesitant to return because the entire experience left me feeling awful and like a burden. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who felt like this. That said, if you’re paying for a custom ring, you should feel involved and heard—not like you're bothering someone for expecting the job to be done right. They may have traction on social media-but social media isn’t always what it’s portrayed. My experience was far from what’s...
Read moreI have been trying for days to get in touch with someone regarding a ring repair.
To start off, I would like to say we first came to Happy Jewelers when my husband was ring shopping. We have purchased my engagement ring, our wedding bands, a necklace, diamond earrings, and another ring all before this and have had pleasant experiences. Which is why it upsets me so much that it’s come to me leaving this review.
In celebration of my first baby, my husband ordered a ring with my son’s birthstone. After a month of placing the order we reached out to see the status and we were told it was ready and that they would send a link for payment. We had already paid upon placing the order. When a confirmation of our payment was sent, we got no reply. Then my husband received another text asking to please make the payment. Again he said that we had already paid a month prior. They ended up shipping the ring and it got here quickly (though I do wonder how long it would have taken had we not reached out). I got the ring on Mother’s Day and wore it for a little over a week before I noticed that two stones had fallen out. The next day I sent an email to ask about getting it repaired. I got a response asking if I had purchased it through the website or a salesperson. I replied and never heard back. I followed up a few days later and got a response asking for my name and phone number (which was on the previous email) I replied, and again no response. I sent a third email expressing my frustration and asked to be contacted that day… no response. I sent a text with the same message as my email and got no response. One of the reasons we loved Happy Jewelers was because of their lifetime warranty and knowing that our purchases could be cleaned, repaired, etc. It now worries me that should my engagement ring or wedding band need attention, it won’t be as easy as advertised. We live out of state so simply walking in isn’t an option. We’ve watched Happy Jewelers become more popular over the years and found it fun to see famous artists and athletes wearing their jewelry. However, it now seems that as their high clientele grew, smaller ones do not matter as much. Still, we’ve spent thousands of dollars and are being ignored. We would have been lifetime customers. It’s sad that my first Mother’s Day gift is...
