BEWARE OF SCAMS TO AVOID HONORING WARRANTY!!! They practice it here. There is no proof we had our phone fixed anywhere else. I showed him the receipt and he said if I can show it, he will Honor it. I guess he didnāt expect me to check my checking account and soon as I pulled that up, he opened the phone and said look at this color of the part this is not ours. I am doing research and this is a very common scam that phone repair companies pull to avoid taking care of their previous work. So wtbs, come here but make sure you have them explain how will they know if you got it fixed there if you have to come back. Record the person. Bring someone with you to record the transaction. Upload that video and pull it out if you need to. Iām not going to go into my awful experience. What I rather share is how not to get taken advantage of. If they fix your screen, have them open the inside and show you what it looks like. Take a picture of the insides, the receipt and ask about the specifics of the warranty. Also have them gently press your newly fixed phone screen down to see if a color prism or effect will show up. This is what the man said will show if the phone screen is ācheapā.
Some young lady previously fixed my daughterās phone here in April and we are back a few months later in July when it had a line going down the screen. He tells us the phone wasnāt fixed there and thatās not their screen based on some type of print & a colored circle it had on the inside and the cheap screen check. We donāt know anything about that cuz we are not in the business of fixing phones. He tried to vouch for the young lady even he was not there when we did business with her.
Unfortunately, the best recourse is to have new customers be made aware of what they can do to not be scammed by phone repair stores. Have them tell you how they identify ātheirā screens to know itās their work & record them. Also, if you do business with anyone at a phone repair store especially this 1, just make sure you record who it is and what they are doing. Itās a shame we have to do all that.
Also, if they never honored their warranty they still owe you if you paid for the ābetter screenā which is probably just a way to get more money. 2nd, these people donāt plan on you having proof of service & getting a lawyer and suing them for everything else that happened due to them not honoring their warranty. If you have a warranty and you plan on honoring it, you would have explained the details of the warranty so the customer will know what can void the warranty. I recorded him saying he would take care of us if we have the receipt and then he didnāt. Iām so happy heās ignorant because now that I have that recording and him saying he would honor it and deciding not to well before my daughters got upset, he has screwed himself. He didnāt even tell me how the warranty can be voided out and he didnāt even fix the phone, and he took it apart with no intentions of fixing the phone further damaging it. The lady never explained how we would have voided and they didnāt have us sign anything showing that we understood. That is proof you shouldnāt even do business here nor take it seriously. They scamming from the beginning cuz warranties involve that. I love consumer law because hard up business end up gambling with the wrong customers. Again, thank you for trying to take advantage of a veteran. I donāt need to even pay for a lawyer because as a veteran itās free so Iām coming and youāre gonna wish you at least pretended to put in a new screen...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis guy is great and he knows his stuff. I had an iPhone that fell from a roller coaster and was smashed to hell. Right away he was ascertaining if the motherboard was bent and explained to me how and why that mattered. He plugged in a new screen to test the phone and make sure the motherboard was still okay but it wasn't. He happened to have a used iPhone (newer model than what I had) and gave it to me at a decent price. He even through in a basic phone case and a metal sticker so I could keep using my magnetic car mount. Before I paid for the phone he let me sign into my iCloud and restore from my latest backup. He even let me put my SIM card into another used phone he had so I could complete the two-step verification. All this was happening close to his closing time but he stayed open for me to make sure everything was setup correctly and working before paying for the phone. He was friendly and talkative and was very knowledgeable about smartphones and their components. He also gave me some advice on a cheap way to get the motherboard fixed just enough to get any data from it that I might need. I highly recommend this place for smartphone repairs and...
