I love that I don't have to venture off the Island for bulk size shopping! Gordons also has the nicest & cleanest and safest parking lot in Texas. The quality of the foods, meats, cheese, produce & pantry is wonderful. The frozen section has everything your heart desires. I was pleasantly surprised they carried every kind of pepper in huge bulk and smaller bags for making salsa! Gordons is clean every isle, smells amazing and that's probably due to its tortilla & popcorn factory! We've even purchased the deli pizza, and rotisserie chicken which absolutely did not disappoint! This review is only in reference to the made in house tortilla chips. They had to be thrown away due to the insane amount of salt dumped into the bag. Did not notice when we grabbed the bag. Noone could possibly eat these & the salt was stuck all over the chips & could not even be shaken off. You can not even see the chips from the bottom of the bag due to the amount of salt!! Nasty!!
