I called and made a order to be delivered. The lady took my order and said it would arrive around 45 minutes. So I became busy in the house and finally looked at the clock and it was two hours later. The pizza was never delivered. I called the Pizza Hut and asked for the manager. The girl that answered said, she was the manager. Her name was Malisha. Not sure on spelling. So I explained to her what happened. She went on to tell me they called me and no one answered then my voicemail came on. I told her she was wrong I did not receive any call and I will get a copy from my cell company to prove they did not call me. I said, well can you send the delivery? She said, that they did not deliver to my address. I asked if there was someone over her I could talk to? She said, yes. A man came on the phone named Chris which was the Assistant Manager. I asked if the previous lady was a manager and he said, no. I said , so in other words she was lying to me. I heard nothing different than what the previous lady told me. So I asked Chris if he had a number for the person above him. He told me no. I asked him who was above him which is Mr Lewis the General Manager. I asked him who owned this store and he said, Muy Brands which is a Franchise and he had no number for it also. This establishment is a joke! I will get to the end of...
   Read moreI would give Pizza Hut a fourth of a star if I could. I ordered a pizza online and not 5 minutes later called the local store to add a pizza to my order. Of course, it was routed to a call center, which was the worst customer service idea Pizza Hut has EVER had. The first lady I talked to couldn't help me and forwarded me to another department. After being on hold for 15 minutes, my husband calls also to try to get someone to add this pizza before our other pizza is delivered. We finally get someone on the phone and she is also unhelpful, so we ask to speak with someone at the local store. FINALLY we are able to speak with someone who can actually add this pizza to our order and of course our pizza is already gone. I ask to just have the extra pizza delivered as soon as possible and suddenly now it's going to take 75 minutes. Out first order was placed only 25 minutes ago and was already on its way and now it will take another 75 minutes to get the extra pizza we had been trying to add to our order for the past 20 minutes.    Read moreI ordered Pizza Hut contactless delivery on Saturday, May 2nd 7:10pm. Their description of contactless delivery as I understood it: driver will place order near your door, knock to let you know it's there & wait a safe distance to acknowledge you received your order. Ok. Sounds great. I have been around covid patients through my work...I'm all in with this method. The way it REALLY went down: received a text that my order was 'out for delivery' at 7:40pm. Expected ETA was 7:50pm. 7:50pm came & went. 8:00pm came & went. 8:10pm came & went. At 8:20pm I grabbed my phone to call the restaurant. I walked outside just to make sure there was no lost driver wandering around...my order was sitting on my neighbor's porch. They were home. No knock. Now I do not exactly go too close to my neighbor's house as their dog is a bit aggressive, I braved it and retrieved my cold order from their porch. I do like Pizza Hut pizza....but I will no longer consider ordering from them. This was so disappointing. A knock would have alleviated the whole situation. Knock? Phone call? Anything?...
