I got a pickup order, so I can't speak for indoor service. But if I could give it 0 stars I would. just moved here and ordered the Lupita dinner plate. choice of beef fajita or shrimp...well they put chicken, with I can't eat! Then you also get a tostada, shell taco which had chicken, and cheese enchilada with rice and beans. When I got home the shell taco and tostada were ONE! What restaurant doesn't separate with restaurant choice .. perhaps foil or parchment paper..so that your food items don't get mushy and combine. Also when ordering online you order thru Doordash, when choosing this plate you do get asked corn or flour tortillas..I chose corn. So when I looked for the tortillas...yea, weren't there. I called the restaurant so maybe they can do better...seems like they prepared with there eyes closed or maybe they were watching TV while preparing. The girl told me they don't serve tortillas with the meal ..I explained... actually first I had to ask just to make sure...is this a Mexican restaurant? Because that would be a first..to order a plate and not get tortillas in a MEXICAN restaurant, but she was very confident on letting me know they don't give tortillas with plates, I explained than why did it asked me to choose corn or flour? Doordas6got right then ..they are more Mexican than them. Well I won't be going...
Read moreVery disappointed. My brother and I went to have lunch on a Sunday afternoon. When I walked in to get a table there were 3 empty tables, one which was directly across the front door. As soon as I sat down I was approached by a waitress who mentioned the table was “reserved” could I move to another table. I advised sorry i did not know you guys took reservations but my brother is in a wheelchair and two of the open tables are at the back of the restaurant and there is not enough room for him to get through in his wheelchair. The third table was in between two other tables, and he did not have enough room to squeeze between. The waitress said ok I understand you stay here and walks away. I noticed that all the waitresses were hurled up talking and not 30secs after another waitress walks up to me and ask that i move because someone was waiting on that table. As this point I’m frustrated I explained to her that my brother who is paraplegic and in a wheelchair as this point was on his way in and there is no way he can get through to the empty tables in the back. The tables are so close together that his wheelchair cannot fit through. It’s very uncomfortable having to repeat myself because you guys cannot accommodate someone who is disabled and all she could say was “sorry” table is reserved. SMH we will...
Read moreToday was my first day to go there, we had to wait our waitress. Maria was very slow, I asked for two things, but I noticed she takes her time getting anything to you, I had to ask twice for chips and salsa which I had to pay for since it was before 11 I said fine if I can have them, she never brought them. I had to remind her again. There was four adults and two children. We had to ask for forks, napkins, and then for a ticket which took forever. So we had to get up and stand by her and pay for each of us one by one, I noticed she was serving her friends first cause she would be greeting them and then she go up to them and take their orders and forget about what she was doing for us, I think she needs better training, constantly having to ask for certain things when it should’ve been brought at the beginning and not wait and have to ask twice, I will never go here again, I was just trying a new place in Galveston, and at the end she did mess up one of...
