The perfect parking experience!!
I almost hate to say what a great experience it was using the express lot as then I may find it will fill up so fast I wonât get a spot but it was one of the best decisions to use express lot for parking. We were close enough to walk over with our luggage for embarkation a simple walk. The best thing of all though is getting off the ship walking by all the lines waiting for shuttles and busses as we went straight to our vehicle loaded and drove away in no time. The other real nice thing at the express lot parking was having an attendant there to scan codes on the way in and to insert a personâs exit ticket as you leave. It moves the process so quickly as anyone who has been in line behind that person that just canât do it right and slows every one else down, this process almost eliminates that person.

   Read moreWe recently booked a Carnival Cruise June 2024, and I chose this express lot, by terminal I have a special needs daughter and the cruise recommended we board last for less crowds. However, I was concerned we coulo get an available handicap parking spot. When we booked, the lady on phone let us know there is at least 84 handicap parking available but that is not accurate. There were about 20-30 est. handicap spaces available in this lot. Of course, by the time we arrived they were already full. I want to give a very huge shout out to the manager of this lot name Taylor, he went above and beyond to accommodate us and he secured a close parking spot for us so we coulo access the terminal easily with all of our luggage.    Read moreI was having difficulty getting my disabled veteran status on the port of Galveston cruise parking form. My wife called a couple of times & managed to get our first reservation (that was wrongly completed by us) canceled. She had to call again as couldn't get a new reservation made. Blanche Sheffield to the rescue. She remembered my wife's earlier calls & offered to make the new reservation as somehow our initial setup parking account needed to be setup again.
