To begin with I am a new customer. I first came here on Wednesday July 3th for a gel manicure and eyebrows. One of the guy's who has a slim build did my manicure. He and the lady who did my eyebrows were very friendly. They took their time in completing my services.
I tipped the both of them and paid another guy at the front desk. Who I'm guessing was a manager. He was nice as well. I told him I will be back to get a pedicure.
I arrived today at 12:30pm on a Sunday. I was asked by a different guy from my first visit. He was sitting in the front area doing nails. He ask "can I help you"? I replied I'm here for a pedicure, I just spoke to a lady on the phone.
He nodded and told me to go to the back. One of the techs (a lady) advised me to sit in the chair next to where she was doing a pedicure. I followed her directives. I thought once she was done she will start on me. Well, that didn't happen. She actually didn't finish with that customer. She stopped midway to go service a different customer.
The guy that serviced me the first time had just finished doing a pedicure on another customer. He came over to finish the job of the customer she left to take care of someone else. By this time it has been 20 minutes that I've been sitting there waiting. No one had said anything to me. I sat there on my phone waiting patiently for someone to come and service me.
After another 10 minutes, which is now 30 minutes I had been waiting. I got up went to the front to the lady who told me to sit in the chair next to where she was that left to take care a different customer and asked her how much longer do I have to wait? I've been sitting here for 30 minutes now. No, one has said anything to me and you left to come up here to service another customer that just walked through the door.
She replied okay wait a few more minutes. I stated I've been waiting a long time already. Can you please tell me how much longer and who's going to be the person that's going to take care of me?She pointed to a older ladies who was doing a gentleman's manicure.
I went back to the chair and waited some more. By the time she got to me it was after 1:40. I had to wait for over an hour. This is very unprofessional, no one said anything to me very very bad customer service. To add fire to the flame this lady now wants to rush through my pedicure because now the place is getting busy.
I asked her to please slow down you don't have to rush you can take your time. She paid me no mind. I had to continuously tell her this. I asked for the callous remover regular pedicure. She rushed through the process and left my feet in a worse condition than it was when I came there.
She didn't even cut my cuticles. I have skin all around my toes. I had to keep asking her to please cut the cuticles around my toes. Her response was that's not cuticles it's skin. I laughed and had to advise her that it's the same.
However the end result of my pedicure which is the moral of this whole story is Horrible!!! This has been the worst pedicure I've EVER had. When I was done which was a very painful and long experience. I went to the front desk and advised the manager the lady at the front desk that I was not paying for this.
I showed her the pictures of which I had taken of my toes that we're not done properly. I told her I would have to go again sometime this week somewhere else to get another pedicure. She looked at my toes and looked at the pictures again and apologized. I told her this is very unacceptable and she continued to apologize as I was walking out the door.
I told her I was going to write a review of this horrible experience and po a picture of the mess she made of my toes. I would never come back here again. This has been the worst experience that I've had to experience ever with the exception of the young guy that did my manicure the other day and staff at that time. I wish there was a way to give zero Stars. Which still wouldn't be worthy of my...
Read moreI went with my sister to get nails done. The nails came out pretty good for the both of us, but no manicure preparation was done before the acrylic application. Our nail tech was Ivy for the both of us, she was going to get a descent tip but then she got nasty with us. I was looking at the nail tips to make sure they were at the right size and she shoved my hands saying "I'm not done yet ok" like if what I did was rude. After she finished with me she raised her voice in a unkind manner and starting saying "come on let's go switch, switch, switch. Get out the chair and switch." Mind you there was nobody waiting to get there nails rushed besides my sister, so it didn't make sense why she was rushing. After she started painting my sisters nails, I stopped her because she was painting all of them and there were suppose to be two nails with designs and she shouted "that's what i was asking, before I started, you didn't listen" and then continued to do her nails in a bad mood. Since the beginning it seemed like she was in a bad mood, because she was cutting paper towels and they stopped her from the task to do nails. When the service finished my sister gave Ivy a $7 dollar tip, the fact that she didn't treat us correctly was the whole reason of giving her a $7 dollar tip and we were asked is that the only thing we're going to give her since we both did our nails together with her. Apparently $7 tip wasn't enough for the...
Read moreThe most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. I went to get a gel manicure on Friday evening and they only did one coat when I asked about it I was ignored twice. I went back Tuesday morning and Coco grabbed my hands very aggressively and rude when I greeted her she ignored me. She rudely asked me how did you mess up your nails so fast. I said excuse me I didn’t they chipped already and I asked for a second coat and was ignored. She painted my French manicure so sloppy and fast she missed a whole side when I showed her she said ugh rolled her eyes and said next time it’s a full set not a fill in. I said excuse me? She said next time it’s a full set I said not a fill in too much work with an attitude. I said who are you talking to ? I was here Friday night and your colleague didn’t do a double coat, and I had to come back today for two nails. She said oh and started talking in her language, when I asked her what did she say? She said I wasn’t talking to you and walked away. Didn’t come back to finish her job, the owner had to come file my nails, and apologize for her. Will absolutely never return a disgusting low quality human being to be treating others that way. On Christmas Eve I might add....
