Now that everything has finally settled down from our engagement, wedding planning, wedding and honeymoon, I can finally take a moment to rant and rave about how outstanding it has been to work with Anfesa’s Jewelers from beginning to end. My husband had a slight idea of the type of engagement ring that I liked and the wonderful ladies at Anfesa’s worked with him tirelessly (over the course of several weeks) to help him pull his vision together and track down the perfect ring. After our engagement, we took my ring to get it resized and were welcomed as if we were family. Deborah has been an absolute delight to work with and we look forward to seeing her every time we visit the store. She helped me pick out a stunning wedding band to match my unique yellow diamond ring, and helped my husband find a band that he loved as well. If you want top-of-the-line quality and service, at a place that treats you like family, then I would highly recommend going to Anfesa’s before some mainstream jeweler. They definitely gained a life-long...
Read moreHaving lived in Wake County since 1980 I have typically done my jewelry business at Bailey’s in Cameron Village. I decided to give Anfesa’s a try since it was closer to home. I took a diamond engagement ring that I had given to my son to propose to his girlfriend with to their store to be sized and cleaned. The floor staff particularly Cynthia were very kind and helpful. The ring looked fabulous after they finished with it. They gave it back to me in a little drawstring bag with “ Anfesa’s” printed on the side. The manager was consulted who said that they could not give me a box because their name was on it and the ring had not come from them. Of course their name was on the drawstring bag also and they had taken a picture of the ring for their records. I won’t do business there again, back to...
Read moreThis is the second time I went to Anfesa’s to help repair a key and they came through flawlessly. Their jewelry repair person is an absolute genius when it comes to repairing jewelry as well as other things, like keys.
I had a rare Ducati motorcycle key that broke in half and needed it put together so I could make a copy of that key. Without it, the repair would have cost me over $4,000 for a new ignition system! I got a blank key from Ducati, but no one would repair my original key for me, not even metal shops or locksmiths! I came to Anfesa’s and not only did they repair the key, they did it in a way to where the shape of the key pattern wasn’t compromised. Also, the repair only took about 20 minutes! I was able to copy the key, and now my motorcycle is alive again!
They were very understanding of my situation and came through without hesitation. If you have any repair needs, please use them. Best jewelry shop in...
