I want to shout out two people from your store. 5 days ago I had brain surgery and I've needed a lot of help over the past few days.... setting up everything and getting established with a new plan from specrum in my new home was a big worry to me with my nurses and making sure i have exactly what i needed after having so many issues in the past with you guys... at one point there was a time i canceled and said "never again will i go with spectrum". Patrick from the store went over and beyond to not take advantage of that and get me exactly what I needed and did not once try to oversell me on anything. He was patient and very friendly and very knowledge about your services and made me laugh a bunch which has been hard the last few days . He was fast, kind, and very helpful and deserves 100 raises and praises for his support. He went as far as just grabbing me a chair to sit down at his counter and that goes a long way as simple as that sounds. Sometimes it just takes a little kindness and understanding about someone's situation. When I got home I was so upset because I could not figure out how to set anything up or knew where ANY of the outlets were because of the move and the service tech they sent out Mr Kenneth who showed up exactly on time was extremely kind, helpful, fast and efficient and was done within minutes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to these two gentlemen. If you could send me where i can send a gift to them that would be awesome! Please give them their praises for me! Read moreI ended up having to stop by Garner location on my son's birthday to try to regain service on my cell. After a long telephone process with spectrum assistant 1-800 number I was told that Motorola edge had everybody who own that phone do a update on it. What I did the update on it a few days prior to me coming to the store and ever since I had done the update I had absolutely no internet service and barely could receive phone calls inside of my house. I was told that it would take a little time to figure out how they needed to reverse the upgrade that they had all of us do but that service will be restored soon. I ended up having to go back there Saturday which was October 14th and luckily rell was there again to be able to assist me in the same matter which at this point it had been a month since I had service. He was able to figure out the exact problem fixed my telephone reached out to his manager about my account and I will say that I was very pleased with the assistant that he gave and I would like for him to be recognized cuz he goes above and beyond for...
Read moreTerrence B. really stepped up and made me glad I am with Spectrum Mobile. My phone suddenly stopped cell service on a Sunday of all days, while the rest was unaffected. I did all the shut off, pull the Sim card, make sure it was clean and had no debris and reset the cell network. Nothing worked. The online support was terrible and I was determined to leave Spectrum. Terrence changed that, he knew I was frustrated, but tried fixing it for an hour. He said he could have his manager try and/or order me a replacement. He did not try to upset me. I decided that since I had the free upgrade, I would just move to a new Samsung 25. He did point out to my wife who patiently waited and was looking at the Ipads, that they had a promotion for the A16 for $13 a month. We were so impressed that my wife also upgraded to the IPhone 16 from her 13, even though he said hers was fine.
