I visited this Target location today and experienced racial profiling by a white female staff member. She watched my every move, even stood directly behind me while I checked out, but when a white couple approached checkout, she turned her back and did not monitor them. This behavior was deeply uncomfortable and discriminatory. I urge Target to better train its employees on racial bias and ensure fair treatment of all customers.

After a long day of traveling and arriving to the area late at night it was refreshing to see Target was still open and all of the restaurants in the area were closed. I was looking for some GI Joe toys for Christmas presents and they had a nice selection.

One of my absolute favorite Targets It is a smaller Target, which is why I love it. It is less crowded, easier to find things and always has great deals. Friendly staff and clean store!

THE MOST RACIST PROFILING TARGET IVE EVER BEEN TO.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this makes twice for this location.

1 incident was in December 2024.. Me and my brother was finishing up some last minute xmas shopping. After purchasing our belongings on the way out the store, I stopped to look at the flowers thinking they would make my wife smile today. Upon this I guess they would call them SECRET SECURITY SHOPPERS in plan clothes. Well the female approached us, asking could she give me a hand I said no thanks just deciding which flowers to get. She then proceeded to just stare at us as we choose. She again asked did we need help at this point we were looking at her confused, because we had just answered that question. She then looked at our bags and then us then our bags again before saying can I help u. I then said ma’am I dnt get what your asking my receipt is in my hand I just got checked out by a cashier. Are you asking to carry our bags I’m lost… Then I asked ma’am are u trying to say we’re stealing or something crazy as I proceeded to show my receipt and a large sum of money. Expressing to her I don’t need to steal anything and I was offended I then asked her name, she then abruptly walked off speed walking.

2nd incident was today. I Approached check out holding my newborn who was sleep was paying cash so I went to a cashier. Upon approaching the register the cashier walked off. After about 5 min of observing the lady running self checkout just staring me down I finally asked could I get some assistance checking out. In which she said oh somebody will eventually be there. I felt this could have been told within the 5 min of just hawking me down. A gentleman finally comes and he’s no better. He literally examined my money 5x as if it was fake a $20 $10 and $5. I finally told him he could scratch the color of it if he still needs verification, whole time I’m still waiting on my change. After giving me my change he was still examining the money I handed him as I walked out the store. Even though they have counterfeit markers etc. Not a good feeling when your spending your hard earned money at a business.Sad to say I’m a former target employee and this is not how target train their employees. We were taught the main practice was polite respectful helping caring etc. these employees now are here simply to collect a check and it shows. I will not be visiting this...

I visited this store for the first time this year to purchase Christmas gifts for my mom. I never shop at this store but decided to since it was near me while I was driving and my employer had given all staff Target gift cards. Of course they were packed as they should be because it is the last weekend before Christmas. I enter the store with my two grandchildren and proceeded over to the women's clothes. As I was searching for a blouse and pants for my mom, I noticed one of the workers watching me and following me for no apparent reason. Ii tested the worker. I walked from one end of the women's section to the the next 4 times to see if she would come behind me and she did. I had been in the store a whole 5 minutes. This worker assumed I was going to steal something. She truly judged a book by its cover. I will never shop in this store again. I thought about reporting her but I decided to choose my battles..and... and her little Target paycheck does not come close to my annual salary. Never shop at Target or the workers need better...

Today I came to return 3 items, 2 which hadn't been used, with my receipt. I was initially ignored before finally 'assisted' by Lori. First, she couldn't find my items on the receipt, I showed her all three under health-beauty-cosmetics, and she proceeded with the transaction. Then, she asked for my license, entered my data and told me the system rejected the return. Never, in my history of shopping and yes, returning in any Target ever, have I encountered this. I call corporate and she tells me she's a manager...I overhear her tell them that I called them, not her and that I was tired of her assistance before telling them she'd offer me a gift card and take the merchandise back. I have my receipt, it's not been 90 days, in fact its been 4...I opted to try elsewhere. This isn't my first issue in this particular location, but she by far was the rudest. I love Target but won't come back...
