The entire trail has amazing views. If you are looking for the fairy house you will need to go to where the sign for Twin Creeks area and turn into it, Continue straight on the paved road towards facility parking until you see a sign that says fire management. cross the bridge and there is a house with a huge sign that says fairy house. The trail is behind the house starts at the orange cone. Walk along the chine link fence and the fairy house will be to the left up the side of the mountain. It’s a short trail. But the rest of the Twin creek trails are also amazing especially by ogle trail has amazing waterfalls

Awesome trail, at one point we had to create a makeshift bridge to keep going up the trail. We were wiped out after the hike. Wear good hiking boots. There are a lot of rocks, roots coming out everywhere. We encountered two species of snake literally right on the path. My 11 yo son walked right over one as it attempted to strike his ankle three times. It was a very small snake trying it's best to protect itself. It blended right into the trail.. wear ankle high boots!! What an awesome adventure. We cant stop talking about that hike. 2 snakes, a bunch of turkeys and 1000s of feet of yarn to sow.

A decent trail that can be done with the family. It runs along the old Voorheis Estate property. Some remnants of another time can be observed. This is an in and out trail and the first part you'll be hiking uphill and have to cross a creek without a bridge. Once this leads into Noah "Bud" Ogle trail you'll see a log cabin and a barn. This part of the trail is a loop and then you'll hike back down the mountain. All in all a good short trail. We aware that the science center has some areas sectioned off with electric fence so they can conduct some studies.

A really nice trail, there are some blow downs that you will need to climb over or go under. Many places to see the creeks and even a bit of wading. There will be some stream crossings done by rock hopping. Some complain about hearing the cars on the nearby road but honestly it isn't bad except when the jeeps drive by as those are loud. Saw 1 best on the trail no issues. If you start at the twin creeks trailhead you can park in the Mynatt park and walk safely in the road to trailhead( shirt walk). When the trail gets to an asphalt road if you want to see the FAERIE HOUSE turn right and walk downhill past the facility parking sign. You will see buildings ahead and a big blue and white sign at the resource center will direct you to the path. The Faerie house (spring house) is very pretty and worth the short side path. Lots of...
