David was beyond helpful during our mattress buying experience. We have been looking for a new mattress and frame for over a year. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced going anywhere in Northern Michigan bed shopping. Gave us all the best deals and helped guide my husband and I to the best mattress to fit our sleeping and heath needs. Had an interaction today that put a bad taste in my mouth. I had called prior to coming in to create a list of what we needed for a stero system. We knew David was off and wanted to start a list so he can work some pricing upon his return to work as we have wanted to move forward with this for a while and have not been able to get back into the store I was told this is absolutely doable stop in and see the other manager and we can get this started. Instead of anyone getting the information on what we at least were looking for in which we already know what we want and what needs to be done, we were told to come back... the entire reason was because we have not been able to make it in, and we told us we could do this. Read moreBought a $1600 2 years ago and the fabric started developing a pilling issue about 8 months after we purchased it. After over a year of emails and phone calls I was promised new replacement cushions. Went to the store to pick up said cushions and they gave me used ones with the same issue (and long black hair all over them). Months later they told me they have my NEW cushions. I pick them up from the store in black trash bags, get them home and I’m missing a cushion and in its place is a random throw pillow. This whole time I had been keeping in touch with Jennifer, and told her about the missing cushion. She told me they gave me all they had and sorry for any inconvenience. The cushion are useless if 1 is missing because I can’t put all new ones on and keep 1 old one… the colors won’t match. When I confronted her about not calling/ emailing me back for months she got an attitude with me, and when I emailed her asking to speak to someone else about the missing cushions I was ghosted. No response again. Sad excuse for management in my opinion, they don’t handle issues professionally or correctly and just ignore you hoping you’ll forget. We bought a washer and the extended warranty. The washer broke, we called and were told we would be called back the next day. They never called. We had to call them and they told us that they didn't have anyone that could service the washer in our area. Why sell a warranty on something you cover?
They then told us they would call us in 48 hours. No one called again. We called and they said they would send a 3rd party repair company the next week and they would arrive between 12 and 4. My wife took the day off work to be there. The day comes and no one showed up. We called and they told us the repair company called a few days prior and they don't service our area, which we were never informed of either.
We have 4 kids and have been without a washer for going on 3 weeks now. They won't reimburse us for the laundry mat or the day off work caused by their lack of communication on top of their failure to honor their warranty. Still waiting...
