I totally understand that businesses are struggling with this covid 19, however I do draw the line with rude and difficult customer service, as well as not returning phone calls etc. May 1 I prepaid for 4 Guinea hens, the week they were due to be in in a few short weeks, then not til June 18 then July 7, I got tired of calling to find out about the status of my purchase only to be put on hold then treated rudely but the person from the store. I had an occasion recently to go in search of a trailer I went looked at the ones in the lot couldn't find a price, went in the store to ask for a price, couldn't find anyone at the service desk to help, but while I was there I checked out their board announcing the future arrival of birds. The guineas were due 7/7, big sign no hold on birds!!!!!. That there kinda told me I wasn't going to receive a call about my pre paid birds.
I went to check out ask the woman there about the trailers pricing, she kept asking me what size I said I don't know it's the red one, I could tell you the size but there weren't and signs, that question and responded went on for a few minutes, finally she called a manager. The manage had the same question for me my response was the same, her response was some weird suggestion that the scanner didn't go that far in the parking lot. My response was the same. If there were signs on the trailers we wouldn't be having this problem. I did finally get my answer, the manager did have to go into the parking lot to find the number on the trailer.
Back to my guinea hen saga, still no phone call I refuse to walk in the store again as it was their responsibility in the first place to let me know the hens were there. I have now tried to reach out to the head manager 2 times, yesterday was told he was there, only to get the assistant who told me he had left for the Day that was at 1:12. I tried again this morning only to get he wasn't in, I asked when he would be, the young lady told me she couldn't give me that information. I pressed her a little bit and finally got he would be there tomorrow but she couldn't tell me when.
So I am done, it is not worth the 20 bucks I am sorry, but I will not step foot in this local farm and home again. It is not worth the trouble
PS,. I just tried sending an email.and it came.back stating the address isn't correct. Well I checked and double checked it was. The second time anyway. But still got returned.

I have 7 Heelers, we use taste of the wild bison and vineson the largest bag is 28lbs. 2 bags to 3 bags on shelves really doesn't cut it, especially "2". Our horses eat tribute - senior sport and same thing, we also use Essential K with fly control only one bag( we took the last one). This is NOT the only time. This is a routine short on product except for the cheapest brands full of sugar, etc. No Fly boots and for horses and it's fly season I didn't look for fly sheets because I have them but couldn't find in spring just a simple spring sheet for the horses also to keep them dry and warm enough when winter blankets are off so they don't over heat ect. I had to order on Amazon this idems. Good place to shop for quick pickups . Hopefully, they have it in stock. That's why I give it a four-star, not a five. Read moreCashier was rude, spent $5000 on a lawn mower and all of the manuals were soaking wet from being left outside. Asked about some dry ones and was told no and then they walked away . We spent 10 minutes standing at the back counter waiting on someone while the cashier stared at us finally walked up there asked for somebody and she said I'm the person but can't leave the register right now. Well why didn't you us flag us over and tell us. Then her and the other guy who were working have absolutely no idea about the equipment they sell we asked a few questions and neither one could answer. We had multiple choices of buying our mower from, we drove a hour and half to purchase from there because of the great customer service we had received before and how knowledgeable the guy was that sold us are last lawn mower which was years ago and still running we just upgraded. Very disappointed let's hope the mower is way better then the customer service like...
