Crossroads Towne Center — Attraction in Gilbert

ok one night my husband and I just got done with dinner and we walked over to the cold stone creamery we were having date night. their were these two teenage boys their working and they were the most nicest boys I have ever seen! I had asked if they had some dark chocolate ice cream..because in case it was empty..one of the boys smiled and said not a problem, we got some in the back..so he brought it out and it was stiff and frozen solid i said no it ok i can get something else..and they said no it ok we can give you some,,i said well i want a gallon can you handle that they said not a problem..so the two boys got working on it right away..i didn't realize how much sweat and muscle they put into it..i was like wait no you don't have to do that i was almost in tears i felt so bad lol..and I was asking to take a gallon of it home! they said no worries we got it..i couldn't believe how hard they worked to meet my satisfaction..i was so impressed..i tipped them a 20.00..they were so sweet. then i had to laugh because just when they got done with us and wore out from digging the ice cream out of the little case it was in .. we were just on our way out and a couple girls walked in asking for the same thing! the boys and me and my husband just died laughing..i said would you like me to help you guys out?..they said no we got it thank you though..and we left..i have loved cold stone creamery since i was a teenager..and i cant stay away from it..i don't know what it is about the ice cream i just cant stay away from it i am so hooked..they might need to have a cold stone anonomous group lol!.. i went on a diet and i said ok no suger..no coldstone..i was good for two weeks..but then i started to dream about it! i am not joking..so finally i said girls just cant do without it ..its so impossible and i ended up folding like a cheap tent and went back to my old addiction which was cold stone! . so i wanted to give a huge thank you for the awesome customer service i had received. i didn't get the teenage boys their names but they were incrediable and awesome .they deserve a reward for it.all i know is they were skinny as a rail and had a lot of muscles..lol way to go with meeting the customer service that was just something i will...

If you decide to eat in this location make sure not to be serve by DREW! This SERVER is the WORST we encountered in all our dining experiences. He went to our table without a warm smile or greeting at all & asked us if we want any drink & told him iced water would be great. He left without saying anything & came back with our water. Right there me & my wife noticed the cold treatment right away but still didn’t mind it. I asked him whats in the fajita while pointing at the picture of the menu and said WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU GET!!! I MEAN REALLY??? I told him you’re customer service is really great, he didn’t even bother to apologize or ask why so i asked him that i need to talk to the manager. The manager came out & was sorry about the incident but we asked for a different server. We asked for ABBY, and she is the only reason why we decided to stay because she was the ONE who welcomed & escorted us in our table in a very warm & positive manner. Called ahead of time to get a table or 1/2 table as we cannot fit in a booth. Waited 45+ min even though we called in ahead of time and rechecked In at front desk when we entered restaurant. They took us to our table. It was a booth. Explained again that we called ahead and we couldn’t fit in it. Said it’d be just a few minutes and took us back to the waiting room area. Another 45+ and finally my husband asked the manager what gives. He said he’d look for the original reservation and couldn’t find it anywhere. Asked for my conf number. I gave it to him. He said there wasn’t any reservation for us. If we hadn’t talked to him we never would have been called. Finally got a table but it sure put a damper on our evening. No compensation for their mistakes or anything. Poor poor front service area. Waitress was fine and our food was delicious. We won’t be going to this Texas Roadhouse again as this was the third time they couldn’t get our request for a table or a half...
