A boy's 13th birthday is a special occasion, especially when he gets to have lunch with his family at the place of his choice. Sadly, In n Out burger didn't feel the same way. We have four children, so the social distancing rules meant we were split up, despite a corner two top being available but closed for social distancing. Mum had to sing happy birthday from nearly 15 feet away from her son. After questioning if the two top could be used as it would make everything easier and open up a 4 top, we were told no. My wife asked for a manager and was told she was busy in the office. A few minutes later, a young female manager appeared who looked as though she had just had a similar birthday to my son. Victoria refused to grant the common sense request saying it would set a precedent, but when we showed her what we could use and that it would not be a hindrance, she said she would talk to corporate and get back to us.....like entering the twilight zone, she never reappeared. Our food by this time was thoroughly cold and congealed and Victoria made no effort to ensure the product she was serving was even edible. The guest experience was non existent, problem resolution was like putting out a fire with gasoline, and managerial professionalism at such a low level that the birthday boy who always advocates for eating at In and Out has said he never wants to return to one. Well done Victoria. You have ruined the dreams of a birthday boy and made his day memorable. Maybe the line for Chick Fill A that blocked your parking lot were previous customers who had met Victoria...... When customer issues are responded to by ignoring and lying, then you get an even more irritated guest. You are, in effect, discriminating against families with more than two children by your rules. I would like a manager senior to Victoria...
Read moreSo me and my family (3 of us) go here after each prenatal visit we have. Being pregnant with twins makes me only want their fries. On August 8th around 2pm we went to have our famous order of fries (2 animal style no cheese and 4 regular fries). Not only did it seem to be an issue to order only fries per usual with this particular in n out location, but when we received our oder to go and left to eat them in our vehicle (right outside the establishment) not one fries was warm. In fact, they were lackadaisical about the way the placed the fries in the bag. To be descriptive, the fries were thrown on top of eachother, falling off the sides, nothing separating them, and a slap in the face would've sufficed at this point. There were burnt pieces all over the place (not the Harry Snyder way at all). When we got to the animal style fries, there was lettuce pieces and pieces of Chilli peppers chopped inside the spread; almost as if they used someone's animal style burger guts to say it's fresh. None of it tasted fresh. Now, I'm use to being looked at funny for ordering all fries (6 of them at that), but this goes beyond the order. I know employees here are to be held on the upper echelon of fast-food chains due to your pay and expected conduct based on the in n out Bible. Not to mention, the service is what makes in n out "californias gold", well I wasn't even comfortable taking my food back in there because it seems like such an issue to drop fresh fries. So I called the comments line and complained and we will never eat at chandler #3 again with that crew working. Remember, pregnant with twins, my...

I moved out of range of In-N-Out ten years ago and have been deprived of this culinary delight that entire time. Today I am visiting Chandler, AZ which is high-density In-N-Out territory. I counted about 11 in the immediate area. Clearly, these burgers have gained favor in the desert since that first location off of Dysart. This location is clean and staffed by very friendly people - and the fries were perfect. In any event, not being able to partake of In-N-Out burgers for the last 10 years, I’ve had to console myself with every other type and brand. Some people think “Five Guys” is a worthy substitute. Nonsense. Although it’s probably one of the better burgers out there, it’s nowhere even close to an In-N-Out Burger and it’s at least twice the price. In-N-Out is by far the freshest, juiciest, tastiest and best-value fast food burger available to mankind - and if you disagree, you...
