Generally Panda is a perfect go-to for any town you are visiting. The food is always consistently good and the servings are big. Unfortunately this location had a few hiccups when we ate there on 2-8-2019. After ordering our food and sitting down I opened my box to find only half the food I ordered. I went back up to the cashier and waited until she was available and informed her she didn't put my teriyaki chicken in the box. She rolled her eyes, half-heartedly cut some chicken, and then rolled her eyes again when I asked for sauce. I asked if I could get it on the side but they were out of cups so I asked her to just put it on the chicken so she gave me a tiny ladle full of sauce and handed me my box. When I sat back down I opened my box to find a very meager serving of half-cut teriyaki and sauce and a smaller than normal serving of Beijing beef. Whatever, no biggie. Then I dive into the noodles to find them partly burned, like black charring on half the noodles. I like panda but I won't be returning to this particular location. The service was poor and the food left much to be desired in quality...
Read moreTerrible experience here. Just went in with my wife who wanted Cream Cheese Rangoons. Long wait, but we went peak dinner hours on a Friday so I was expecting that. The older lady taking our order was nice, but the younger lady at the register ruined the whole visit.
Right from the start I could tell she had a poor attitude, and everytime she spoke to me or my wife she was rude. They were out of Rangoons so while we were waiting for them to finish cooking I got to see her interact with the gentleman behind us, same miserable attitude.
When she finally gave us the order and checked us out she forgot the sauce that my wife asked for (2 of the Teriyaki) and my wife politely asked for them. They were already filled and sitting on the counter, all she had to do was grab them. Instead, she flung her hands around, and almost threw them on the counter in front of my wife.
When my wife suggested she try and have a better attitude, she rolled her eyes and lipped back "Yeah, well, maybe you should too."
Busy, fine. Out of an order, fine. That much negativity from an employee is...
Read moreI quit on my second day due to unfair treatment of the employees. The assistant manager, Stephanie, was extremely unfair as she had me polish the kitchenware, scrape the legs of the chair, and eventually scrape the gum under the table. She also wanted me to mop and sweep the bathrooms before closing; all on my first day. She found that she could ignore my training and have me clean the whole time as she put her employees upfront serving. I quit and walked out due to this mistreatment. The manager told me during the interview the store barely gets and customers and is usually empty; while I was surprised to hear from co-workers that the lines curve around the store at times. She also assured me that i would leave the store 10:15 by the latest at closing, while, again, i was surprised to hear that most employees leave at 11 or after. I was told that one time they left at 1 am. Regardless, the assistant manager, Stephanie, was wanting me to clean and scrape almost everything in the store on my first day disregarding...
