I went in to pick up online order up. Someone walked past me and said that someone would be with me in a minute. I waited for about 10 minutes. I started getting irritated, because the same associate that told me "someone would be with me in a minute" had stopped and was chit-chatting with the associate that was supposed to be helping me. They both were looking at me waiting and neither was coming to help me.
Finally after pushing the button again and waving both arms to get their attention. One slowly made her way to me, and gave me my items. I had to purchase a few other things, so I walked around the store. There weren't many customers so there was no reason for them not to help me promptly. I was checking out their clearance items. Most of the items that I was trying to find the price on said they weren't in the system so that was a little frustrating. After I was home I looked at my online order and noticed that all the prismacolor colored pencils that I had ordered had broken tips and some of them were cracked all the way up the sides. I had ordered individual ones so they weren't in a package that was wrapped. I would assume that they would have wrapped them in paper or something to keep them nice. However, they were just thrown in the plastic bag.
The other thing that makes me give them a one-star was I had requested a curbside pickup as I didn't want to go inside, but it would not work and I had to go in. I know covid has made customer service not as great as it used to be. Customer service at this location is...
Read moreI am writing this only for the store pickup function only. I ordered a frame this morning. Got a text and an email it was ready to be picked up. Waited in line and a girl goes and looks for it and hands me a photo album. I said nope I ordered a frame. She looks confused and goes to look again and clearly can't find it. A guy comes up she explains it to him he says to her it says it's an album. I show him my phone and said no it's a frame. He compares the numbers and says that it's my order number on the album..okay cool but that's not what I ordered and that's not what my text or email says. He then talks to another girls who has my frame in her cart of what I assume to be go backs or maybe they are orders;don't know. He then comes up to me and tells me you ordered the frame 4 hours ago and then 2 hours ago ordered the album....uh nope. That didn't happen I only ordered a frame. Not sure what the confusion was (I have a common name so probably if I have to guess someone else just happened to also order.) He handed me the frame I said do you need to scan my phone he said nope and that was it. No sorry for the confusion or for the wait. Nothing. Read morehad our 5 year old daughter's party here. when purchasing the crafts themes it seems it will only work for a single gender party. I was able to speak with the manager and she was willing to do half kits for boys and half kits for girls. Now mind you, she specifically stated these were kits. they are in fact, not kits! the lady that was assisting with the craft had no prep time. nothing was pre cut or made. for a 4 to 6 year old craft this was a full in interaction with every cut and paste. she suggested the parents assist. which would have been totally viable if the classroom was big enough. my husband and I ran around the tiny room trying to cut measure and glue individually. this was quite exhausting. unfortunately, they only gave us two hours, which did not allow for the facepainting I also purchased. suggestion for Michael's, please either allow the employee prep time or make these crafts actual premade kits as the manager very clearly stated they were. on another note. joyce our host was amazing. she was very patient with the kids and was extremely kind and very helpful. that woman does not get paid enough for all she did with no...
