1 star for the clothes, -4 for the service. Extremely rude employees. I had several items and tried to ration them in thirds as I tried them on, an employee was watching from a few feet away the entire time. She repeatedly made snarky and demeaning comments whilst inconveniencing me (moving my clothes back, moving the go-back rack just as I was done changing). I have worked in retail. There is a difference between doing your job whilst upholding your responsibilities and overexerting your hypothetical control in a literal goodwill. Not sure if she was even a manager. I grabbed 4 items by mistake at one point when I was changing and she loudly yelled "only 3 at a time!" the next time I came out. Read moreVery disappointed regarding the donation center. I intended to drop off a 7 piece patio set with a glass table top. The set was not new of course but was in good condition. Apparently the homeless looking guy who looked at the set denied my donation. He said it wouldn't sell. Funny thing though, the guy at the Salvation Army drop off center was very appreciative of the donation and thanked me for donating it. Guess where I will make ALL my donations in the future?
